Guest Rooms
Each of the Conrad Bali's 360 guestrooms and suites reflects the resort's sense of space, luxury and style. Striking tribal Indonesian art is complemented by contemporary in-room facilities. Deluxe bathroom amenities include 100% cotton towels, yukata bathrobes and slippers, and a collection of superior quality personal amenities. A Pillow Menu offers a luxurious choice of feather pillows, non-allergenic pillows, and French, Boudoir and bolster pillows. DELUXE ROOMS Conrad Bali’s Deluxe Rooms are spacious 45 square metres (484 square feet) with a private patio or balcony offering panoramic views over the resort, ocean, lagoons or gardens. Resort suites are 90 square metres and feature a separate living room with dining area. CONRAD SUITES Set in a private haven, each Conrad Suite is designed to create a space and atmosphere where you can truly be yourself. Our personalised holiday planning website, www.myconradbali.com, allows you to pre-select your favourite music or reserve one of our tailor-made Bali excursions, while your Conrad Suite Personal Assistant caters to your every whim. FOR YOUR PRIVATE EVENT For a minimum of 10 rooms reserved, a special group rate will be extended to you and your party. VALIDITY OF OFFER The rates offered in this proposal are valid as of December 2010. and subject to change. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Rates quoted “*” are subject to Government tax and service charge, currently at 21%. Should there be any change in tax levied; the
new tax will be applied accordingly. An initial deposit of USD 1,000,- for wedding ceremony reservation and USD 1,000,- for wedding reception will be required to

Live music is permitted until 10.00pm in all outdoor venues. From 10.00pm – 10.30pm, soft background music
will be allowed. The Resort holds full control on music volume during event.
Own entertainment brought into the Resort will incur a service and liaising fee starting from USD 800*. This fee
includes electricity consumption up to 10,000 watt, standard stage and dance floor.
Electricity consumption more than 10,000 watt will be charged USD 200* per 10,000 watt for the duration of the
event (up to 3 hours).
The Resort will schedule set up and breakdown times.

Conrad Bali Presents Infinity
Located on a beautifully manicured 1,200 m2 beachfront reserve at the northern side of the
resort, Infinity is an architecturally stunning wedding venue floating two metres above sea level
with an ensemble of overflowing reflecting pools and marble walkways.
Boasting 117 m2 of floor space with a ceiling height of 12 metres, the interior of Infinity is
beautifully simple with elegant marble floors, floor to ceiling ocean facing glass frontage, and a
transposable seating plan that seats 60 guests.
Infinity’s simple, off-set triangle shape represents a romantic angle towards the heavens, while
its physical attributes of marble, glass and steel are each metaphors for the male and female
bodies and their interaction with each other as a couple.
The remarkable steel framed glass wall that makes up the north side of the triangle embodies
the delicate and nurturing characteristics of the bride as she supports the equally impressive
marble south side, the stoic groom.
Infinity is available for wedding ceremonies at 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.

‘Canape Selection’ is suitable for pre-dinner cocktail. We recommend 4 – 5 pieces per person for each hour of pre-
dinner cocktail. Beverages are charged separately.
Cocktail Reception includes a selection of cold canapés, hot canapés and sweet / dessert canapés and is charged per
person per hour. Beverages are charged separately.
A minimum of 40 persons is required for buffet menus.
Alcoholic beverages brought directly into the resort will incur a Beverage Service Fee, charged per person based on
the types of alcohol brought. Mixers including soft drinks and juice are charged separately, based on consumption.
A one-time complimentary food tasting for up to 6 persons will be hosted upon confirmation.
Outside catering is not permitted.

The resort offers a selection of indoor and outdoor locations to exchange your wedding vows and celebrate your special day.
Water Garden A unique Balinese style pavilion afloat in the middle of a lotus pond, providing a tranquil setting for your wedding ceremony. The pavilion can be decorated in traditional Balinese aesthetic or contemporary style. The two levels of grass terraces surrounding the pond can seat up to 150 guests. Available for wedding ceremonies at 10am or 4pm.
Beach Bale “Bale” (pronounced ‘bah-lay’) is a traditional Balinese open sided gazebo with thatched roof made from ‘alang alang’, also known as cogon grass or blady grass. A perfect venue for a classic beachfront wedding, the lawn surrounding the Beach Bale can accommodate up to 18 guests. Available for wedding ceremonies at 10am or 4pm.
Floating Garden A manicured lawn extending to a gazebo with a water fountain backdrop. Located on Level 2, the Floating Garden with a beautiful garden setting is a refreshing alternative to a beach wedding and can seat up to 140 guests. Available for wedding ceremonies at 10am or 4pm.

Beach Bale “Bale” (pronounced ‘bah-lay’) is a traditional Balinese open sided gazebo with thatched roof made from ‘alang alang’, also known as cogon grass or blady grass. A perfect venue for a classic beachfront wedding, the lawn surrounding the Beach Bale can accommodate up to 18 guests. Available for wedding ceremonies at 10am or 4pm.
Floating Garden A manicured lawn extending to a gazebo with a water fountain backdrop. Located on Level 2, the Floating Garden with a beautiful garden setting is a refreshing alternative to a beach wedding and can seat up to 140 guests. Available for wedding ceremonies at 10am or 4pm.

Located on a beautifully manicured 1,200 m2 beachfront reserve at the northern side of the
resort, Infinity is an architecturally stunning wedding venue floating two metres above sea level
with an ensemble of overflowing reflecting pools and marble walkways.
Boasting 117 m2 of floor space with a ceiling height of 12 metres, the interior of Infinity is
beautifully simple with elegant marble floors, floor to ceiling ocean facing glass frontage, and a
transposable seating plan that seats 60 guests.
Infinity’s simple, off-set triangle shape represents a romantic angle towards the heavens, while
its physical attributes of marble, glass and steel are each metaphors for the male and female
bodies and their interaction with each other as a couple.
The remarkable steel framed glass wall that makes up the north side of the triangle embodies
the delicate and nurturing characteristics of the bride as she supports the equally impressive
marble south side, the stoic groom.
Infinity is available for wedding ceremonies at 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.
