Short glass fibers affect a massive impact on structural behavior of fiber filled plastic parts. With consideration of anistropic material and process data from Moldflow simulation it is possible to get results of structural analysis much closer to reality.
The release of Helius PFA 2017 allows to map data to several plastic parts within an assembly. Also the effects of weld lines and the material behavior under compression is implemented.
