A Third Party ResolutionMediation

• A trained person who builds mutual respect between two parties and encourages problem solving

• *peer mediators are trained students in schools

• There are 6 problem solving steps*

Adjudication• A professional or person of

authority listens to both sides, asks both what the best solution is, and in the end the adjudicator makes the final decision

• Both parties agree to accept the adjudicators decision in advance
