A special printer file, which is a copy of the document to be printed, is created by a program called print spooler
Some common types of printers are Inkjet printer, Laser printer and Multifunction printer
The three basic printer permissions are Print, Manage Printers and Manage Documents
Windows Vista detects most of the printers as soon as they are connected to the computer and automatically installs the driver for them. Such printers are called plug-and-play printers

Summary I Backup is a process that prevents the loss of important
information Backup and Restore center allows you to perform the backups
and change the settings of the backup manually You can keep the backup in the backup media such as another
fixed hard disk on the computer, removable media such as USB, CD-Readable, CD-Rewritable or DVD
Windows Vista allows you to schedule the backup. You should schedule the backup at the midnight. If a backup does not fit on one disk, it requires additional disks during backup. This is a disadvantage of the automatic midnight scheduling
