Custom Color Ink Policy:

● Only uncoated, non-metallic samples will be accepted.

● Print samples must be approved by the customer before an order can be placed.

● Print samples take approximately three weeks to receive.

Minimum custom ink quantities are 10, 20, 30, or 40 cartridges.

If the customer does not approve the samples, the dealer will be billed $250 for labor. This cost is

waived if the customer or dealer places a minimum order for the custom ink color sample

requested.

Once the samples are approved and RISO receives a non-cancelable purchase order from the

dealer, it takes approximately 60 days to receive the ink.

A color sample is required from the customer to produce the desired color.

Ink that is custom ordered does not become a stocked color. To reorder, the Custom Ink Order

Requirements still apply. Custom Inks are non-returnable.

If the customer is using specialty paper, then at least 60 to 80 sheets per color sample of this

paper should be supplied for the factory to use in printing examples of the requested color.

The factory also needs to have the model # of the Printer-Duplicator that will be using the custom

ink, and the type of usage for the custom ink.

Minimum sample size should be a solid 1” x 1” uncoated block of the color desired.

If a color sample is not available, contact your Customer Service Representative for other options.
