Only two (2) mixes are needed for each application type. Pro Bond is the Underlayment/Primer coat to fill spalled, cracked, broken and backfill up to 4 inches. Stamp Mix (stamped, carved or textured finishes), Spray Mix (knockdown finishes on decks and pool decks), Trowel Mix (broom & trowel finishes). Stone Edge Surfaces products are ALL “just add water” single component mixes and are known for their ease of use, flexural strength, high PSI, long lasting wear, and are manufactured in our own factories. MOST COMMON USES: • Driveway • Pool Deck • Deck • Patio • Walkways • Slab Floor • Residential • Commercial APPLICATION BASE/TOP COAT: Base Coat: Pro Bond. Top Coat Stamp, Trowel or Spray Mix. For Knockdown: Spray mix as Smooth or Slurry Coat. THICKNESS: Pro Bond: 1/8” to 4”, Stamp & Trowel Mix: 1/4” to 3/8“ average. Slurry/Smooth Coat 1/16” - 1/8”, Spray/Texture Coat 1/16” - 1/8” APPLICATION METHOD: Trowel, Gauge Rake, Magic Trowel, Mortar Sprayer WORKING TIME: 15 min to 2 hrs per Coat PRODUCTS USED WITH: Pro Bond, Liquid colors, Integral Colors, Pro Seal, varied Sealers.
