Heat Trace Option Suitable for all applications, designed and manufactured by Techfluid and produced to the highest quality to meet API requirements and provide safe and reliable fluid transfer in freezing conditions.

Techfluid High Pressure Selection

Techfluid manufactures our own bonded rubber Mud, Cement and Tensioner

hoses with spirally laid high tensile steel cable reinforcement and one-piece

bonded in end couplings. The hoses are mandrel built in continuous lengths up

to 70 metres and vulcanised to form a fully bonded hose offering high integrity

and excellent flexibility. Our range covers pressures up to 15,000psi in sizes up

to 16”.

Fire Rated/Deluge Flameguard 300 selection is design for emergency situations where operation must continue in fire conditions.

Our fire rated range is utilised on offshore installations, the hose will operate in a fire for a minimum of 30 minutes offering

platform personnel an escape route in emergency situations.

Hydraulic BOP Flameguard 5000 range is a hydraulic control hose that operates whilst exposed directly to fire for a minimum

of 5 minutes ensuring all well control operations can be effective in an emergency situation.

Flameguard 5000 API 16D at 700°C for 5 minutes

Flameguard 300 ISO 15540 & ISO 15541, at 800°C x 30 minutes
