NOTES: This day camp is for children ages 6 to12 years who have asthma and their siblings. The children learn basic lung anatomy along with what starts an asthma attack, prevention and awareness of symptoms, getting or asking for help. The education is taught in a fun and interactive way. There are many other activities and field trips for the students to enjoy. Transportation is provided to Bayview Hunters Point residents. Our Youth VP Boot camps are four days long, Monday - Thursday, 9:30am - 5:30pm, and include screenings at the very end. These special boot camps will be offered at $850 each ($750 for BAVC members).
