Maintenance & ResponseBy having our annual maintenance support contract, you gain the benefit of having specialist help on call to quickly resolve any issues or problems as and if they arose whilst you remained focus on your core business. By taking the whole responsibility for maintaining your computer systems we would seek to make them as efficient and stable as possible, whether it’s hardware, software or your network. You would also gain knowledge that by taking advantage of our fixed price solution then you could accurately budget for your maintenance support package, regardless of the problems that may occur.

We have found that a programme of good housekeeping and regular equipment monitoring is always the best method to ensure computer system and network stability. This method has proved successful for many clients and greatly reduces the number of emergency fault calls.

Fixed Contract PackageAn annually charged fixed cost service encompassing response times under a 4 and 8-hour arrangement. This provides the highest level of service offered and provides our clients with the pinnacle of technical support. Customers entering into this contract will be entitled to the highest priority of response rates. Customers of fixed contract services are also able to benefit from quarterly or half yearly maintenance visits for proactive servicing of their equipment.

Fixed Hourly PackageCustomers can make an advance purchase of hours at a rate significantly below our standard time and materials rates. When you make a support request, these hours or half hourly increments thereof are deducted from the pool of existing hours you have purchased, until they are exhausted.

Customers are able to exhaust the available number of hours on any given project requiring labour, including new installations as well as corrective or remedial work. Customers who have built up a history of trading with will be allowed to exceed the number of hours remaining in their pool and be invoiced for the additional ones used at the same rates as if they had been purchased in the pool. Hours are purchased in increments of 10’s or 20’s.

With Comms Group supporting and maintaining your telephone system, you pay an annual fee to ensure that you have a “phone guy” to get you up and running again in the event of a failure.

Getting you up and running again is our priority. We carry a large stock of spare parts for all the telephone systems that we install and support (including systems from the 80's and 90's!). Our customer service and support engineers have years of telecoms experience to enable them to quickly determine the

most likely cause for your equipment failure. If faulty equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, arrangements will be made to have this delivered via courier or for remedial work to be carried out by an engineer depending on the service level agreement.

As well as providing an on-call repair service for your telephone system, Comms Group can provide user support, remote configuration and pre-emptive maintenance. Distribution of Networking SuppliesThe Shop4Networking part of Comms Group provides a one-stop shop for all communication products required by distributor, installer or end user. We supply all connectivity and containment products suitable for the most advanced network infrastructures. In addition to commercial products we also offer home networking products to provide all data, telephone, internet and audio visual requirements on one integrated Cat5e or Cat6 network. Product and technical support for all levels from novice to expert is available from our experienced internal and external sales staff.

Online ShopNext day delivery from stock and an easy to navigate shop make it a simple experience to order your networking products. Payments can be taken either by credit/debit card or you can apply for a trade credit account.

As a national provider of telecom services we provide you with a facility to sell telecom products into your customer base or simply allow one of our professional account managers to give them a call. We’ve identified that the majority of companies do not utilize their customer database to the maximum therefore we have introduced this partner scheme which has produced some fantastic results for all.

How will you make money from it?The rewards are very transparent; if we convert your customer to take up any of our services then we will pay you up to 20% of the margin made. This is paid either as a one off payment or on an ongoing monthly basis*

*Ongoing commission payments are only made for land line services

How does it Work?Very simply, there are two ways in which we can tailor the programme. The first and most common option will be to contact your customer on your behalf explaining that we/you can now offer business land line, mobile and telephone system services. We will arrange for a FREE REVIEW and GUARANTEE to save them money. The second option is for you to liaise with your customer throughout using our services and experience, to provide the correct products to your customer.

Backup/Customer CareOur support desk can either provide this or your customer can be directed back through to you, it is entirely up to you.
