Walking Dead A Fantastic Comic Goes Into TvSince I was a child the way we know about comics has changed. Currently people do not have time to read a simple comic. Thousands and thousands of these funny stories have appeared and disappeared. But I do not remember such as the title Walking Dead. Is it better television series than the original cartoons? Really I do not know. However behind a successful television series there is a lot of work of actors, directors, cameramen, engineers and of course writers with a very gifted imagination.Some months ago, I delayed to watch Walking Dead. It seemed to be I did not give enough importance to this new series. I said It is only another series Some friends had already recommended it. Nevertheless I found excuses for not watching.In Ecuador, Walking Dead was not broadcasted by any private national television channel. Instead people could buy it on DVD format or to watch through cable, but a low percentage of population has this option. Typically people bought season by season and it costs approximately 5 American dollars per one. Finally, I bought two seasons at one. It was on Friday after work, the chapters were so interesting that all the night I spent watching both seasons; it was so exiting, to see an apocalyptic world where there was not any opportunity to recover our former lives; fighting against zombies and evil people, everybody with bloodlust. So much blood and cruelty, and we get accustomed in few minutes. But one thing I realized that it reflects our real world and it is worth the saying What do we do for surviving? It is the law of the strongest. Everybody can see on television, newspapers such as hard problems that it is happening around the world. In the future, famine, earthquake could occur and are we prepared?. I am sure for that most of us, no. As the world is currently working who is strong? Everyone, who has money.From the typical individual to the biggest nation, money means power. This idea of power could change drastically. Returning to the point of view of the articles writer, it is indeed amazing that the series has beaten the record. Developing a television series is a highly risky business and Walking Dead has shown its lifes philosophy, be strong.Finally I could add that it is important to aware that, no only money is fundamental to live but we should cultivate other very important skills such as compromise, hardworking but not the intellectual one. Imagine what a philosopher would do in Zombieland?Maybe only being food for the predators. On the other hand, sports are a good way to be healthy, happy and strong. Moral values are indeed very important in case of a catastrophe.
