This document contains the descriptions, regulations and rates applicable to the furnishing of international message telecommunications services by COMCAST BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. (“The Company”). This document applies to service originating from one or more points within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating at one or more of the international destinations covered by this document. Service is furnished by means of wire, terrestrial microwave radio, optical fibers, satellite circuits or a combination thereof. APPLICABILITY This document contains the descriptions, regulations and rates applicable to the furnishing of international message telecommunications services by COMCAST BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. ("Company"). This Tariff applies to service originating from one or more points within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating at one or more of the international destinations covered by this document.

For the purpose of this document, the following definitions will apply:

Access Coordination

Provides for the design, ordering, installation, coordination, pre-service testing, service turn-up and maintenance on a Company provided Local Access Channel.

Additional Billing Increment

Additional Billing Increment is the rate element used to bill for the chargeable time when a call continues beyond the Initial Billing Increment. Additional Billing Increment begins when the initial Billing Increment ends (e.g., with the second minute of a call for which the Initial Billing Increment is one minute). Additional rates apply to each Additional Billing Increment, or any fraction thereof, that chargeable time continues beyond the Initial Billing Increment. Thus, for Service with an Initial Billing Increment of one (1) minute, a call with an actual duration of two (2) minutes and one (1) second would incur the full Initial Billing Increment charge and the charge for two (2) Additional Billing Increments.

Administrative Change

A change in Customer billing address or contact name.

Alternate Access

Alternate Access is a form of Local Access except that the provider of the Service is an entity, other than the Local Exchange Carrier, authorized or permitted to provide such Service. The charges for Alternate Access may be subject to private agreement rather than published or special Tariff if permitted by applicable governmental rules.

Application for Service

A standard Company order form which includes all pertinent billing, technical and other descriptive information which will enable the Company to provide a communication Service as required.

ASR

ASR (Access Service Request) means an order placed with a Local Access Provider for Local Access. Authorization Code

A numerical sequence which enables a customer to access the carrier and which is used by the Company to identify the customer for billing purposes.

Authorized User

A person, firm, corporation or other entity that either is authorized by the Customer to receive or send communications or is placed in a position by the Customer, either through acts or omissions, to send or receive communications.

Bandwidth

The total frequency band, in hertz, allocated for a channel.

Bill Date

The date on which billing information is compiled and sent to the Customer.

Call

A completed connection between the Calling and Called Stations.

Called Station

The telephone number called.



Calling Station

The telephone number from which a Call originates.

Channel or Circuit A dedicated communications path between two or more points having a bandwidth or Transmission Speed specified in this document and selected by a Customer.

Company

COMCAST BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.

Contiguous United States

The 48 Contiguous States and District of Columbia, as well as the off-shore areas outside the boundaries of the coastal states of the 48 contiguous states tot he extent that such areas appertain to and are subject to the jurisdiction and control of the United States.

Customer

The person, firm, corporation or governmental unit which orders Service -- either for its own use, as a resale carrier or as a non-profit manager of a sharing group -- and which is responsible for the payment of charges and for compliance with Company regulations. The term Customer also includes an entity that remains presubscribed to the Company Service after its account(s) are removed from the Company's billing system, subsequently continues to use the Company's network, and is billed by a local exchange carrier for such use, or otherwise uses Service for which no other Customer is obligated to compensate Company.



Customer Premises/Customer's Premises Locations designated by a Customer where Service is originated/terminated whether for its own communications needs or for the use of its resale customers.

Customer Provided Equipment

Telecommunications terminal equipment that is located at the customer's residence or place of business.

Dedicated Access/Special Access

Dedicated Local Access between the Customer's Premises or serving wire center and the Company's Point-of-Presence for origination or termination of Calls.

DS-0

DS-0 means Digital Signal Level 0 Service and is a 64 Kbps signal.

DS-1

DS-1 means Digital Signal Level 1 Service and is a 1.544 Mbps signal.

Due Date

The Due Date is the date on which payment is due.



FCC

Federal Communications Commission. Individual Case Basis (ICB)

Individual Case Basis (ICB) determinations involve situations where complex Customer-specific arrangements are required to satisfactorily serve the Customer. The nature of such Service requirements makes it difficult or impossible to establish general provisions for such circumstances. When it becomes possible to determine specific terms and conditions for such offerings, they will be offered pursuant to such terms and conditions.

Initial Billing Increment

Initial Billing Increment is the initial rate increment of a call placed under any Service provided by Company. The initial rate increment will apply if a call has a minimum duration of the entire Initial Billing Increment or any fraction thereof. Thus, by way of example, for Service with an Initial Billing Increment of (1) minute, a call with an actual duration of less than one (1) minute will be billed the full Initial Billing Increment.

Installation

The connection of a Circuit, Dedicated Access line, or port for new, changed or an additional Service.

Interruption

Interruption shall mean a condition whereby the Service or a portion thereof is inoperative, beginning at the time of notice by the Customer to the Company that such Service is inoperative and ending at the time of restoration.

Kbps

Kilobits per second.



LATA (Local Access Transport Area)

A geographical area established for the provision and administration of communications Service by a Regional Bell Operating Company. Local Access

Local Access means the Service between a Customer Premises and an Company designated Point-of-Presence.

Local Access Provider

Local Access Provider means an entity providing Local Access.

Local Exchange Carrier (LEC)

The local telephone utility that provides local telephone local exchange and access services.

Mbps

Megabits per second.

Multiplexing

Multiplexing is the sequential combining of lower bit rate Private Line Services onto a higher bit rate Private Line Service for more efficient facility capacity usage or vice versa.

Nonrecurring Charges

Nonrecurring Charges are one-time charges.

Payment Method

The manner which the Customer designates as the means of billing charges for Calls using the Company's Services.

Point-of-Presence (POP)

A Company-designated location where a facility is maintained for the purpose of providing access to its Service.

Rate Center

A specified geographical location used for determining mileage measurements.



Restore

To make Service operative following an interruption by repair, reassignment, re-routing, substitution of component parts, or otherwise, as determined by the carrier(s) involved.

Service

Service means any or all Service(s) provided as defined in this document.

Service Commitment Period

The term elected by the Customer and stated on the Service order during which Company will provide the Services subscribed to by the Customer.

Special Promotional Offerings

Special trial offerings, discounts, or modifications of its regular Service offerings which the Company may, from time to time, offer to its Customers for a particular Service. Such offerings may be limited to certain dates, times, and locations.

1. Description and Limitations of Service

.01 Services provided pursuant to this document may be utilized only for the transmission of communications by Customers consistent with the terms of this document, the rules and regulations of the FCC and the requirements of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

.02 The Company may require a Customer to sign an application form and to establish

credit worthiness as a condition precedent to the initial establishment of Service. The application shall state the date on which Service shall begin and the points between which Service is to be provided, the type of facilities required, and any special arrangements related thereto.

.03 Any member of the general public (including any natural person or legally

organized entity such as a corporation, partnership, or governmental body) is entitled to obtain Service under this Document, provided that the Company reserves the right to deny Service: (A) to any Customer that, in the Company's reasonable opinion, presents an undue risk of nonpayment and refuses to comply with the deposit requirements set forth in this document, (B) in circumstances in which the Company has reason to believe that the use of the Service would violate the provisions of this Document or any applicable law or regulation, or if any applicable law or regulation restricts or prohibits provision of the Service, or (C) if insufficient facilities are available to provide the Service.

.04 Service is offered in selected equal access exchanges subject to the availability of

facilities and the provisions of this Document. The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide Service to or from any location where it has not ordered access facilities, installed network interconnections or the necessary facilities and/or equipment are otherwise not available.

1. Description and Limitations of Service (Cont'd)

.05 Service begins on the date that billing becomes effective and is provided on the basis of a minimum period of at least one (1) month, twenty-four (24) hours per day. For the purposes of computing charges in this Document, a month is considered to have thirty (30) days.

.06 Service will be provided until cancelled by the Customer on not less than thirty (30)

days' written notice from the date of postmark on the letter giving notice of cancellation.

.07 The Service Commitment Period for any Service shall be established by the Service

Order relevant thereto and commence on the Start of Service Date. Upon expiration, each Service Commitment Period for such Service shall automatically be extended subject to written notice of termination by either the Company or Customer as of a date not less than thirty (30) days after delivery of said notice to the other. The charges for Interexchange Service during any such extension shall not exceed the then current Company month-to-month charges applicable to such Service.

.08 All Service is subject to the availability of suitable facilities. The Company reserves

the right to limit the length of communications or to discontinue furnishing Services, when necessary, because of the lack of satellite or other transmissions media capacity, or because of any causes beyond its control.

.09 The Company reserves the right to obtain a credit verification of Customer in the

event:

a. Customer fails to make timely payment; b. there are significant changes in Customer’s calling volume or calling

pattern, or significant changes in the manner that Service is provided to Customer; or

c. any other circumstance in which Company determines that a credit verification is necessary to protect Company from fraud, misuse or

unlawful use of its Services.



2. Use of Service

The Services offered herein may be used for any lawful purpose. There are no restrictions on sharing or resale of Services. However, the Customer remains liable for all obligations under this document notwithstanding such sharing or resale and regardless of the Company's knowledge of same. The Company shall have no liability to any person or entity other than the Customer. The Customer shall not use nor permit others to use the Service in a manner that could interfere with Services provided to others, that could harm the facilities of the Company or others, or that is inconsistent with any applicable law or regulation.

3. Company Provided Equipment

.01 The Customer agrees to operate any Company provided equipment in accordance

with instructions of the Company or the Company's agent. Failure to do so will void the Company's liability for interruption of Service and may make Customer responsible for damage to equipment.

.02 Customer agrees to return to the Company all Company-provided equipment

delivered to Customer within five (5) days of termination of the Service in connection with which the equipment was used. Said equipment shall be in the same condition as when delivered to Customer, normal wear and tear only excepted. Customer shall reimburse the Company, upon demand, for any costs incurred by the Company due to Customer's failure to comply with this provision.



.03 The Company reserves the right of entrance for its employees, agents or contractors to the premises of the subscriber, at any reasonable hour for the purpose of installing, inspecting, repairing, or upon termination of Service removing the carrier's equipment. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to make any necessary arrangements with the owners of the premises for the entrance of the Company's employees.

4. Customer-Provided Equipment

.01 Except as otherwise indicated, Customer-provided station equipment at the

Customer's premises for use in connection with this Service shall be so constructed, maintained and operated as to work satisfactorily with the facilities of the Company, and/or its underlying facilities-based international or domestic-link carrier.

.02 The Company shall not be responsible for the installation, operation or maintenance

of any Customer-provided communications equipment. Where such equipment is connected to Service furnished pursuant to this document, the responsibility of the Company shall be limited to the furnishing of Services under this document and to the maintenance and operation of such services in the proper manner; subject to this responsibility, the Company shall not be responsible for:

a. the through transmission of signals generated by Customer-provided

equipment; or

b. the reception of signals by Customer-provided equipment; or

c. network control signaling where such signaling is performed by Customer-provided network control signaling equipment.

5. Liability

.01 Except as provided otherwise in this document, the Company shall not be liable to

Customer or any other person, firm or entity for any failure of performance hereunder if such failure is due to any cause or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Such causes shall include, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, cable cut, storm or other similar occurrence, any law, order, regulation, direction, action or request of the United States government or of any other government or of any civil or military authority, national emergencies, insurrections, riots, wars, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or other labor difficulties, supplier failures, shortages, breaches or delays, or preemption of existing Services to restore Service in compliance with the FCC's Rules and Regulations.

.02 With respect to any claim or suit, the Company's liability, if any, shall not exceed an

amount equal to the charge applicable under this document to the period during which services were affected. For those Services with monthly recurring charges, the Company's liability is limited to an amount equal to the proportionate monthly recurring charges for the period during which Service was affected.



5. Liability (Cont'd)

.03 The Company is not liable for any act or omission of any other company or companies furnishing a portion of the Service, facilities or equipment associated with such Service.

.04 The Customer is responsible for taking all necessary legal steps for interconnecting

the Customer-provided terminal equipment with Company facilities. The Customer is responsible for securing all licenses, permits, rights-of-way, and other arrangements necessary for such interconnection.

. .05 All or a portion of the Service may be provided over facilities of third parties, and

the Company shall not be liable to Customer or any other person, firm or entity in any respect whatsoever arising out of Defects caused by such third parties.

.06 THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,

CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ACTUAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF ANY DEFECTS OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. THIS WARRANTY AND THESE REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

.07 In the event parties other than Customer (e.g., Customer's customers) shall have use of the Service directly or indirectly through Customer, then Customer agrees to forever indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, losses, damages, assessments or payments which may be asserted by said parties arising out of or relating to any Defects.

6. Payment Arrangements

.01 The Customer is responsible for payment of all charges for Services furnished to the

Customer or its joint or Authorized Users. This responsibility is not changed due to any use, misuse, or abuse of the Customer's Service or Customer- provided equipment by third parties, the Customer's employees, or the public.

.02 The Company's bills are due upon receipt. Amounts not paid within thirty (30) days

from the Due Date of the invoice will be considered past due. Customers may be assessed a late fee on past due amounts in the maximum lawful rate under applicable state law. If a Customer presents an undue risk of nonpayment at any time, the Company may require that Customer to pay its bills within a specified number of days and to make such payments in cash or the equivalent of cash.



.03 Customers who present an undue risk of nonpayment may be required to provide the Company a security deposit, up to an amount equal to the applicable installation charges, if any, and/or up to one year's actual or estimated usage charges for the Service to be provided. Such applicants or Customers may also be required, at any time, to provide other assurances of, or security for, the payment of the Company's charges for its Services as the Company may deem necessary, including, without limitation, advance payments for Service, third party guarantees of payment, pledges or other grants of security interests in the Customers' assets, and similar arrangements. The required deposit or other security may be increased or decreased by the Company as it deems appropriate in the light of changing conditions.

.04 Disputes with respect to charges must be presented to the Company in writing

within three (3) months from the date the invoice is rendered or such invoice will be deemed to be correct and binding on the Customer.

.05 In the event the Company incurs fees or expenses, including attorney's fees, in

collecting, or attempting to collect, any charges owed the Company, the Customer will be liable to the Company for the payment of all such fees and expenses reasonably incurred.

7. Discontinuance of Service

.01 Upon nonpayment of any sum owing to the Company, or upon a violation of any of

the provisions governing the furnishing of Service under this document, the Company may, upon written notification to the Customer, without incurring any liability, immediately discontinue the furnishing of such Service. Customer shall be deemed to have cancelled Service as of the date of such disconnection and shall be liable for any cancellation charges set forth in this document.

7. Discontinuance of Service (Cont'd) (D)

.02 The Company reserves the right to discontinue furnishing Services or billing

options, upon written notice, when necessitated by conditions beyond its reasonable control.

.03 Service may be discontinued by the Company, without notice to the Customer, by

blocking traffic to or from certain cities, or NXX exchanges when the Company deems it necessary to take such action to prevent unlawful use of its Service. The Company will restore Service as soon as it can be provided without undue risk.

.04 Without incurring any liability, the Company may discontinue the furnishing of

Service(s) to a Customer immediately and without notice if the Company deems that such action is necessary to prevent or to protect against fraud or to otherwise protect its personnel, agents, facilities or Services.

.05 The discontinuance of Service by the Company pursuant to this Section does not

relieve the Customer of any obligations to pay the Company for charges due and owing for Service(s) furnished up to the time of discontinuance.

.06 The remedies set forth herein shall not be exclusive and the Company shall at all

times be entitled to all rights available to it under either law or equity.



.07 Except as otherwise provided in this document or as specified in writing by the party entitled to receive Service, notices may be given orally or in writing to the persons whose names and business addresses appear on the executed Service Order.

8. Special Customer Arrangements

In cases where a customer requests a special or unique arrangement which may include engineering, conditioning, installation, construction, facilities, assembly, purchase or lease of facilities and/or other special Services not offered under this document, the Company, at its option, may provide the requested Services. Appropriate recurring charges and/or Nonrecurring Charges and other terms and conditions will be developed for the Customer for the provisioning of such arrangements.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

.01 The provision of Service will not create a partnership or joint venture between the

Company and the Customer nor result in joint Service offerings to their respective Customers.

.02 A Customer shall not use any service mark or trademark of the Company or refer to

the Company in connection with any product, equipment, promotion, or publication of the Customer without prior written approval of the Company.

.03 If an entity other than the Company (e.g., another carrier or a supplier) imposes

charges on the Company in connection with a Service, that entity's charges may, at the Company's option, be passed through to the Customer also.



9. Other Terms and Conditions (Cont'd)

.04 In the event suit is brought or an attorney is retained by the Company to enforce the terms of this document, the Company shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other remedy, reimbursement for reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, costs of investigation and other related expenses incurred in connection therewith.

.05 The failure to give notice of default, to enforce or insist upon compliance with any

of the terms or conditions herein, the waiver of any term or conditions herein, or the granting of an extension of time for performance by the Company or the Customer shall not constitute the permanent waiver of any term or condition herein. Each of the provisions shall remain at all times in full force and effect until modified in writing.

10. Miscellaneous Rates and Charges (D,T) (T)

Company may adjust its rates and charges or impose additional rates and charges on its Customers in order to recover amounts it is required by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities to collect from or pay to others in support of statutory or regulatory programs. Examples of such programs include, but are not limited to, the Universal Service Fund and compensation to payphone service providers for the use of their payphones to access Company Service.

01. Federal Universal Service Surcharge

Services provided pursuant to this document are subject to an undiscountable monthly Federal Universal Service Surcharge. The charge is equal to the FCC's approved quarterly Universal Service Contribution Factor, applied to the Customer’s total net international charges, after application of all applicable discounts and credits. Services provided pursuant to this document which are identified by Company as pay telephone station-originated calls are subject to a $0.30 per call surcharge. This surcharge will apply to calls made using the following Company Services: (i) toll-free service; and (ii) 10XXX dial around service.

1. International Message Telecommunications Service

International Message Telecommunications Service (IMTS) provides switched and dedicated message telephone Service between the Company's operating center in the United States and the international locations. Service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

2. General Rating Methodology

IMTS, other than to Mexico, is rated based on time of day, the international location to which the call is terminated, and the duration of the call. Unless otherwise provided herein, the minimum call duration for billing purposes is thirty (30) seconds. In addition, unless otherwise specified herein, usage is measured thereafter in six (6) second increments, and rounded to the next higher six (6) second period.

3. Overlapping Rate Periods

Calls which overlap rates will be charged according to the rates applicable to the time recorded in each period.

4. Discounts

01. Except as provided specifically herein, no discounts are given on calls to all other

countries whether the Customer uses switched or dedicated access.

The following rates apply to the Company's SIMPLICITY GOLD plan. The Company's SIMPLICITY GOLD plan is a Switched Access Outbound Service available to subscribers executing a Term Contract for the services provided herein. Subscribers shall incur charges for terminating the Term Contract prior to the expiration, and for failure to meet volume commitments. The minimum call duration for billing purposes is thirty (30) seconds. International Residential Calling Plan A is offered to new and existing residential customers, and is available for sent-paid, station-to-station dial type telephone communications. Dial type telecommunications denotes a call dialed and completed by the customer from a residence without the assistance of an operator, where the call is not billed to a number other than the originating number. Dial type telecommunications do not include calls from public or semipublic coin telephones.

International Residential Calling Plan A is available only to customers who presubscribe their residential line to CTI for long distance telecommunications service.

The customer’s monthly charges for their use of International Residential Calling Plan A are based upon the total time the customer (account) uses the service.

Eligible calls are rated using the following schedule:

The initial period and additional period for all calls consist of one full minute each. The duration of a call which involves a fractional part of a minute will be rounded up to the next higher full minute. If a computed charge includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded up to the next whole cent.

Customers taking International Residential Calling Plan A are subject to the following additional conditions of service: International Residential Calling Plan A is only available where facilities and billing capabilities permit.

Eligible calls are rated using the following schedule:

The initial period and additional period for all calls consist of one full minute each. The duration of a call which involves a fractional part of a minute will be rounded up to the next higher full minute. If a computed charge includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded up to the next whole cent.

Customers taking International Residential Calling Plan B are subject to the following additional conditions of service: International Residential Calling Plan B is only available where facilities and billing capabilities permit.

.08 Affinity Program Plan A

In order to be eligible for The Affinity Program Plan A Customers must: (i) presubscribe their telephone line(s) to Company for long distance service; and (ii) subscribe to cellular or paging service provided by an affiliate of Company.

Subscribers to the Affinity Program Plan A must select one of the following rate plans for their International Message Telephone Service:

(1) Residential Calling Plan A listed in section V.1.05 of this document; or

(2) Residential Calling Plan B listed in section V.1.06 of this document.

Calls are billed in one (1) minute increments. There is a minimum billing increment of one (1) minute for each call.





09. BUSINESS BONANZA INTERNATIONAL CALLING PLAN

The Business Bonanza International Calling Plan is offered to Customers who presubscribe their commercial line(s) to Company for long distance telecommunications service. To subscribe to this plan, Customer must complete a Company Customer Service Agreement (“CSA”) . Under this plan, Customer’s rates will be discounted a certain percentage off the Commercial Calling Plan A rates listed in this document. The rate discount applied is determined by the Term Option and the Monthly Usage Commitment (as defined below) chosen by the Customer and set forth on the CSA. Customer’s Monthly Usage Commitment is the amount of Billed Revenue (as defined below) generated by Customer during one monthly billing cycle within the three months prior to Customer subscribing to this Program. Billed Revenue shall be defined solely as the measured and per call charges for international service and shall not include any recurring charges, access charges, ancillary or special charges, set-up charges, fees, assessments, taxes or tax-like charges.

This calling plan is available for both switched and dedicated commercial service. Service is billed in initial thirty (30) second increments, with additional six (6) second increments. Rates are listed in Commercial Calling Plan A in one (1) minute increments.





09. BUSINESS BONANZA INTERNATIONAL CALLING PLAN (cont’d)

A. Month-to-Month Plan To receive Service under this plan, Customer must subscribe to Company’s Service for a minimum of one month, and agree to the Monthly Usage Commitment as set-forth below:

Customers with a Monthly Usage Commitment between $50.00 to $99.99 will receive a 25% discount off Commercial Calling Plan A listed in section 1.07 of Grandfathered Rate Plans.

5) Option 5 Customers with a Monthly Usage Commitment between $1,0000.00 to $1,499.99 will receive a 45% discount off Commercial Calling Plan A listed in section 1.07 of Grandfathered Rate Plans.

6) Option 6 Customers with a Monthly Usage Commitment of $1,5000.00+ will receive a 50% discount off Commercial Calling Plan A listed in section 1.07 of Grandfathered Rate Plans.





B. One Year Plan To receive Service under this plan, Customer must subscribe to Company’s Service for a One Year Term Option, and agree to the Monthly Usage Commitment as set-forth below:

E. Business Bonanza Better Rate Feature

The Business Bonanza Better Rate Feature is available to Customers who receive Company’s Service under the Business Bonanza International Calling Plan listed in section 9 of this document. This Feature offers Customers the opportunity to receive the discounts listed in section 1.09.A, 1.09.B, 1.09.C and 1.09.D of this document without having to meet the specific Term Option and Monthly Usage Commitments listed. Customer will be assessed a five dollar ($5.00) monthly recurring charge for switched access termination service, and a ten dollar ($10.00) monthly recurring charge for dedicated access termination service, for each higher discount offering Customer advances beyond that for which Customer otherwise qualifies. Thus, by way of example, Customer subscribes to Company’s Service for switched access termination service, for a 2 Year Term Option with a Monthly Usage Commitment of $330.00. Customer qualifies to receive Service under the discount listed in Business Bonanza International Calling Plan Option C-3 found in section 1.09.C.3 of this document. Under the Business Bonanza Better Rate Feature, Customer instead receives Service under the discount listed in Option C-6 found in section 1.09.C.6 of this document, with an additional fifteen dollars ($15.00) monthly recurring charge. The monthly recurring charge listed in this Feature will be waived during any month in which Customer subscribes to the Business Bonanza Better Rate Feature listed in Company’s Rates, Terms and Conditions for Interstate Interexchange Service.
