county (if viewed in the Adobe format) is provided as a courtesy to case participants needing it
as reference when completing a Statement of Arrangements for requested verbatim report of
proceedings. RAP 9.2 It should be noted that this combined list is a secondary copy. The
primary source for current information by county is with each county directly at their website or
by contacting their respective offices. Any changes made to the various county transcriptionist
lists after the effective date noted above are not known to the appellate court.
