Colorado Firefighter Randy Cleveland

Randy Cleveland is no stranger to emergencies, having served in numerous public safety positions. Most recently, he completed a tenure of 11 years as a lieutenant with Greater Brighton Fire Protection in Brighton, Colorado. Simultaneously, Randy Cleveland took on duties as an emergency medical technician and firefighter at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, Colorado, between 2002 and 2004. Farther from home, he helped to save a racer’s life as part of a safety crew for the National Hot Rod Association in Pueblo, Colorado in 2009.

Randy Cleveland began his professional life as a cadet with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado. From there, he became a fire alarm service inspector and technician with PROTEX Special Systems/Grinnell Fire. Subsequently, he performed a similar role with Fire Detection Systems. Cleveland utilized his expertise in fire emergencies to mentor students as a fire science instructor at Red Rocks Community College for three years.

During his spare time, Cleveland keeps busy with several sports and outdoor activities. He is also an avid supporter of such charitable organizations as Habitat for Humanity, Racers for Christ, and the American Heart Association.
