I have shown in these books that the first event occured in the end

of Eocene and began with massive dragon-people, leadinga semiaquatic-semimarine lifestyle ( nivatakavachs, Gungung, Shennong, Enki,Osiris, Isida, etc.). Most probably, they had concluded a strategic military alliancewith having lived on our planet from Mesozoic times dragon-people, and togetherwith them had started war with inhabitants of Hyperborea - adityas, gandharvas,apsaras and other people. As a result of this war the world had been destroyedand about 2/3 it had been hid underwater.

The second event involved the first half (?) of Oligocene when the Earth wasempty and lifeless (reasonable life means), and the main life on it prospered inoceans and seas.The third event was in the second half (?) of Oligocene when the "Golden Age"resumed on ". If to be guided by mythology of Indians of hopi,the race of multiarm and many-headed reasonable insects prospered on ourplanet at that times who, apparently, and were the new

living in harmony with the Nature.The fourth event happened in the end of Oligocene. And, at last, the fifth - in theend of Oligocene or in the beginning of Miocene.The fragment presented below is the perfect addition to the episode of "Burningof snakes". It follows from it that king Janamejaya was a daitya or a danava (asRa and Horus in Egyptian mythology), and concluded an alliance with dragon-people adityas were in subordinate position from daityas. Otherwise it is difficultto explain, why king Janamejaya and his "wise men" wished to sacrifice leader ofadityas - Indra. It is also possible to conclude that after Eocene-Oligocenecatastrophe adityas, gandharvas and apsaras (at least, their larger part)

had and had come back on it only in the end of Oligocene orin the beginning of Miocene at the desire of native inhabitants of the planet (therenewed mankind).

"Janamejaya said, 'O Brahmana, those thou hast named

and those thou hast not named, I wish to hear of them indetail, as also of other kings by thousands. And, O thou ofgreat good fortune, it behoveth thee to tell me in full theobject for which those Maharathas, equal unto thecelestials themselves, were born on earth.'

"Vaisampayana said, 'It hath been heard by us, Omonarch, that what thou askest is a mystery even to the

gods. I shall, however, speak of it unto thee, after bowingdown (to the self-born). The son of Jamadagni(Parasurama), after twenty-one times making the earthbereft of Kshatriyas wended to that best of mountainsMahendra and there began his ascetic penances. And atthat time when the earth was bereft of Kshatriyas, the

Kshatriya ladies, desirous of offspring, used to come, Omonarch, to the Brahmanas and Brahmanas of rigid vowshad connection with them during the womanly seasonalone, but never, O king, lustfully and out of season. AndKshatriya ladies by thousands conceived from suchconnection with Brahmanas. Then, O monarch, were born

many Kshatriyas of greater energy, boys and girls, so thatthe Kshatriya race, might thrive. And thus sprang theKshatriya race from Kshatriya ladies by Brahmanas ofascetic penances. And the new generation, blessed withlong life, began to thrive in virtue. And thus were the fourorders having Brahmanas at their head re-established.And every man at that time went in unto his wife duringher season and never from lust and out of season. And, O

bull of the Bharata race, in the same way, other creaturesalso, even those born in the race of birds went in untotheir wives during the season alone. And, O protector ofthe earth, hundreds of thousands of creatures were born,and all were virtuous and began to multiply in virtue, allbeing free from sorrow and disease. And, O thou of theelephant's tread, this wide earth having the ocean for herboundaries, with her mountains and woods and towns,was once more governed by the Kshatriyas. And whenthe earth began to be again governed virtuously by theKshatriyas, the other orders having Brahmanas for theirfirst were filled with great joy. And the kings giving up allvices born of lust and anger and justly awardingpunishments to those that deserved them protected theearth. And he of a hundred sacrifices, possessed also of athousand eyes, beholding that the Kshatriya monarchsruled so virtuously, poured down vivifying showers at

proper times and places and blessed all creatures. Then,O king, no one of immature years died, and none knew awoman before attaining to age. And thus, O bull of theBharata race, the earth, to the very coasts of the ocean,became filled with men that were all long-lived. TheKshatriyas performed great sacrifices bestowing much

wealth. And the Brahmanas also all studied theVedas with their branches and the Upanishads. And, Oking, no Brahmana in those days ever sold the Vedas(i.e., taught for money) or ever read aloud the Vedas inthe presence of a Sudra. The Vaisyas, with the help ofbullocks, caused the earth to be tilled. And they never

yoked the cattle themselves. And they fed with care allcattle that were lean. And men never milked kine as longas the calves drank only the milk of their dams (withouthaving taken to grass or any other food). And nomerchant in those days ever sold his articles by falsescales. And, O tiger among men, all persons, holding tothe ways of virtue, did everything with eyes set uponvirtue. And, O monarch, all the orders were mindful of

their own respective duties. Thus, O tiger among men,virtue in those days never sustained any diminution. And,O bull of the Bharata race, both kine and women gavebirth to their offspring at the proper time. And trees boreflowers and fruit duly according to the seasons. And thus,O king, the krita age having then duly set in, the wholeearth was filled with numerous creatures.

"And, O bull of the Bharata race, when such was theblessed state of the terrestrial world, the Asuras, O lord ofmen, began to be born in kingly lines. And the sons of Diti(Daityas) being repeatedly defeated in war by the sons ofAditi (celestials) and deprived also of sovereignty andheaven, began to be incarnated on the earth. (Russiantranslations in different variants tell that daityas anddanavas were defeated by adityas during their aboding inother planets and then they flied to the Earth from

Cosmos). And, O king, the Asuras being possessed ofgreat powers, and desirous of sovereignty began to beborn on earth amongst various creatures, such as kine,horses, asses, camels, buffaloes, among creatures suchas Rakshasas and others, and among elephants and deer.And, O protector of the earth, owing to those already

born and to those that were being born, the earthbecame incapable of supporting herself. And amongst thesons of Diti and of Danu, cast out of heaven, some wereborn on the earth as kings of great pride and insolence.Possessed of great energy, they covered the earth invarious shapes. Capable of oppressing all foes, they filled

the earth having the ocean for its boundaries. And bytheir strength they began to oppress Brahmanas andKshatriyas and Vaisyas and Sudras and all othercreatures also. Terrifying and killing all creatures, theytraversed the earth, O king, in bands of hundreds andthousands. Devoid of truth and virtue, proud of theirstrength, and intoxicated with (the wine of) insolence,they even insulted the great Rishis in their hermitages.

"And the earth, thus oppressed by the mighty Asurasendued with great strength and energy and possessed ofabundant means, began to think of waiting on Brahman.

The united strength of the creatures (such as Sesha, theTortoise, and the huge Elephant), and of many Seshastoo, became capable of supporting the earth with hermountains, burdened as she was with the weight of theDanavas. And then, O king, the earth, oppressed withweight and afflicted with fear, sought the protection ofthe Grandsire of all creatures. And she beheld the divineBrahman--the Creator of the worlds who knoweth nodeterioration--surrounded by the gods, Brahmanas, andgreat Rishis, of exceeding good fortune, and adored bydelighted Gandharvas and Apsaras always engaged in theservice of the celestials. And the Earth, desirous ofprotection, then represented everything to him, in the

presence, O Bharata, of all the Regents of the worlds.But, O king, the Earth's object had been knownbeforehand to the Omniscient, Self-create, and SupremeLord. And, O Bharata, Creator as he is of the universe,why should he not know fully what is in the minds of hiscreatures including the very gods and the Asuras? O king,

the Lord of the Earth, the Creator of all creatures, alsocalled Isa, Sambhu, Prajapati, then spake unto her. AndBrahman said, 'O holder of wealth, for theaccomplishment of the object for which thou hastapproached me, I shall appoint all the dwellers in theheavens.'

"Vaisampayana continued, 'Having said so unto the Earth,O king, the divine Brahman bade her farewell. And theCreator then commanded all the gods saying, 'To easethe Earth of her burden, go ye and have your births in heraccording to your respective parts and seek ye strife(with the Asuras already born there)'. And the Creator ofall, summoning also all the tribes of the Gandharvas and

the Apsaras, spake unto them these words of deepimport, 'Go ye and be born amongst men according toyour respective parts in forms that ye like.'

"And all the gods with Indra, on hearing these words ofthe Lord of the celestials--words that were true, desirableunder the circumstances, and fraught with benefit,--accepted them. And they all having resolved to comedown on earth in their respected parts, then went toNarayana, the slayer of all foes, at Vaikunth--the one whohas the discus and the mace in his hands, who is clad inpurple, who is of great splendour, who hath the lotus onhis navel, who is the slayer of the foes of the gods, who isof eyes looking down upon his wide chest (in yogaattitude), who is the lord of the Prajapati himself, thesovereign of all the gods, of mighty strength, who haththe mark of the auspicious whirl on his breast, who is the

mover of every one's faculties and who is adored by allthe gods. Him, Indra the most exalted of persons,addressed, saying, "Be incarnate." And Hari replied,--'Letit be.''

"Vaisampayana said, 'Then Indra had a consultation with

Narayana about the latter's descent on the earth fromheaven with all the gods according to their respectiveparts. And, having commanded all the dwellers in heaven,Indra returned from the abode of Narayana. And thedwellers in heaven gradually became incarnate on earthfor the destruction of the Asuras and for the welfare of

the three worlds. And then, O tiger among kings, thecelestials had their births, according as they pleased, inthe races of Brahmarshis and royal sages. And they slewthe Danavas, Rakshasas, Gandharvas and Snakes, otherman-eaters, and many other creatures. And, O bull in theBharata race, the Danavas, RakshasasandGandharvas and Snakes, could not slay the incarnatecelestials even in their infancy, so strong they were.'
