AVAILABLE INSPECTION PROGRAMSColliers offers two “levels” of inspection services for our clients to choose from; the Level 1 - Base Inspection service and the Level 2 - Specialized Investigation, a more intrusive inspection involving our national network of qualified trades people and specialized engineering resources.

As part of the Level II Specialized Investigation, Colliers will retain all necessary subcontractors and fully manage and oversee all work undertaken. All costs for these services are passed through to our clients with zero mark-up on fees; Colliers clients also benefit from lower fees through our substantial purchasing power and existing relationships. Further, Colliers provides an impartial assessment and due diligence of all subcontractor recommendations to ensure they are in your organizations best interests and align with your strategy for the property.
