• Online Courses Registration

The college portal has course registration module. The courses offered by the departments will be setup on the system by the system administrator. And as such, when a student logs in, he can select from the pre-defined courses available for that semester. The system can also allow students to register carry-over courses.

• Result Processing ModuleThe academic records of students are very important and should be stored and retrieved with care to ensure data integrity. The school authority needs to be able to keep a tab of the performance of the students at any point in time. Hence, it is important that such data are securely kept and easily retrievable.

The Result Processing Module records grades and exam scores of the students. It automatically computes the CGPA of the students. This will save a lot of man-hours for the lecturers and Exam Officers.

The end of semester work will be reduced drastically as the Exam Officers are saved the hassle of results computation. When the total scores of the students are input into the system, this module automatically grades the students with the College’s Grade Scale already programmed in the computer. It equally calculates automatically the GPA of the students using the scores entered and the respective credit units of the entire registered courses.

Hence, the school’s management can quickly access any past year's data and print multi-year transcripts for permanent records. Built-in grade verification saves time
