COCONUT OIL FOR FOOD

Coconut oil is a very unique form of oil - easily metabolized, it’s converted quickly into energy rather than being stored as fat. It’s incredibly high in Lauric Acid, a

powerful antioxidant found in breast milk, which helps our body fight off bacteria, pathogens, viruses and illness.

Coconut oil is the best oil to cook with. Because it is so high in antioxidants, it resists becoming rancid and has a very long shelf life, unlike other unrefined oils. It also has

a very high smoke point, and will not break down or form toxins when cooking.

Oh yeah, and it’s delicious!

Coconut oil is an emollient, skin nourisher and proven antiseptic & anti-microbial. It will moisturize your skin, nourish it, protect it and leave you

feeling smooth and soft!

Coconut oil is also amazing for the hair - it is unique in that when applied to your hair, it can actually penetrate the hair shaft, moisturizing from within. As an antibacterial, it’s great for the scalp too, helping with

skin issues that cause dandruff.

And, it smells so yummy!
