Biography

Catherine is a native Californian who has adopted Coral Springs as her home. She took up art as a kind of therapy. Sudden change was an everyday thing, not always positive. She enjoyed the sense of escape from the everyday cares that art gives us ….. the childlike feeling of joy that comes when you are exercising your God-given imagination.

I work in all kinds of media, including pastel. Painting became a part of the equation with time. Acrylic is a personal favorite because of its warmth, spontaneous nature and color.
