30 Day Follow-Up LO’s will be sent a reminder to follow-up with a phone call to their clients to ensure they are happy with their mortgage loan and answer any questions. LO’s will also remind the client of their new mortgage payment amount and make sure they can make it on-time. Robert will set up reminders in the system to automatically alert the LO when the 30th day is approaching or has arrived.

Quarterly Rate Watch Report and NewsletterQuarterly Rate Watch reports will be sent to all clients that closed 6 months after closing and every quarter thereafter to show them how their mortgage adds up to the current market. They will be sent in 9x12 envelopes with only our logo on the front.

Six Month Follow-UpSchedule a follow-up phone call to QRW Report to touch base about the performance of the mortgage. Here I would recommend offering a complimentary copy of their credit report along with a debt free analysis or introduce the MMA program. Toni will set up reminders in Encompass for follow-up call. .

Birthday Cards and Holiday CardsWe will use sendoutcards.com. For about $1.05 each, we can send personalized birthday cards to our clients and family members.

Annual Equity Review or Mortgage Check-UpDuring the month of the client’s loan anniversary, they will receive an Annual Equity Review and a Mortgage Check-Up form in the mail. Robert will also set up reminders in the system for their LO to make a follow-up phone call within one week of the mailer.

Special EventsWe could work with a local hardware store to host seminars for home improvement that we ‘sponsor’ for our closed clients only. For example, Ace Hardware in Libertyville could do a seminar that shows people how to lay laminate flooring. We offer it as a “Special Event” for our clients. Good PR for both of us. We could also host a party once per year for our clients. Something like renting out a Whirelyball court is inexpensive and we could provide food and one drink ticket then a cash bar.
