Assigning a Case
L&W offers several convenient ways for you to assign a case. Your comfort level and/or company policy, will dictate the best method to suit your needs.
You can assign a case by phone, email (secured), or by using our online case assignment form (SSL encrypted). Once the case has been assigned, you will receive an electronic confirmation and direct verbal contact by an L & W representative, all within 2 hours or less.
Your Case Manager
Each client has an assigned manager who monitors each case from beginning to end. The manager communicates frequently updating the client as the case evolves. The manager is available 24/7 to service your needs.
Your Investigation from Beginning-to-End

ESURANCE (Brooke Capps)I just wanted to alert you to another file that Steve investigated FANTASTICALLY. Steve practically infiltrated the insured's workplace, and developed a rapport with their HR department that was to allow us to speak to other employees and managers. However, the insured withdrew her claim before we could got to that point.
Our insured has graciously decided to pay the $9k in damages herself. This outcome was because of the great investigation Steve and I did on this claim. Great job, Steve. You are great to work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
