Save As...
Viewing Results in Smart Notebook
If you clear the results after you stop an assessment, the results per page and/or the ability to
export results are permanently deleted from Smart Notebook. There are other results that will
still be available in "Teacher Tools" ; , /) but not this export option. To prevent this loss
do a "Save As" (example: Plate Tectonics Quiz, 1st hour results). Then you will be able to open this file
later and export or view.

Assessment results for students aren't saved in Anonymous mode.
After you run and stop an assessment. Teacher Toob* (found under the Response tab)records the cbss results and each student's results. At any time after you run anassessment, you can review the student, question or assessment results and performance.
Ail of the results below are found under this "Teacher Tools" menu.
To display student results
1. If a class is currently running, stop it.
2. In Teacher Tools, select the classname in the 6radebookwvo~ TheTeacher Too/swindow appears with the/ibmetab selected.
3. dick the Students tab. After a short delay, a tableof results appears.
If you previously turned on Privacy mode, the studentIDs and statistics appears as gray shapes in the table. Privacy mode is on, click thePrivacy: On indicator.
4. The first columns of the table of doss resultsshow the student name, ID and average score forall the assessments the student has participatedin. The columns that follow show each student'sresults for every assessment the class hasparticipated in.

L In Teacher Took, be sure to have theStudents* tab open. Then select thestudent's row. The student's informationappears in the lower pane.

3. Place your pointer over the graph to display details about the specif ic assessment.
4. Qick the Results tab. A table appears snowing detailed information about eachassessment the student has participated in, including the date and the score the studentachieved. If the student's score is below the passing grade you defined when you createdthe class, the score appears in red.

2. dick the Assessment tab.
3. The student's information appears in
the lower pane.
4. Click the Results tab.
5, Select the student's result you want to flag in the list.
6. dick the Set flag icon above the results list. A blue flag appears in the Mark column.
To dear a follow-up flag
1. In the Results tab. select the assessment result with the flag you want to clear.
2. dick the dear flag icon above the results list. The flag disappears.
L In Teacher Toofe, select the Reports area, and dick
Student Performance. The Student Performance
window appears.
2. In the Class drop-down list, select the class you want
a report for. OR select all classes for Q report on all classes,

Define the Report Period if you want a report for a specific range of dates.4. lii the Include drop-down list, select Selected assessment types or All assessmenttypes.5. If you chose Selected assessment types, select the types you want a report for fromthe check list that appears.6. Browse to where you wont to save the report file, and then click Create.

L Right click on the number "I" (row 1) and choose "Delete.2. R^ht click on the letter "8" (column B) and select "Cut".
3. Right click on the letter "A" (column A) and select "Insert CutCells".
4. Change cell "Al" from "Student Number" to "Student ID" (must beexact}.
5, Click on the letter "B" (column B) to highlight the column.Do NOT rfght click.
