Compound Sentence A compound sentence has two independent
clauses and is joined by a coordinating conjunction.
Compound Sentence Basically, a compound contains
two simple sentences.- These independent clauses are
joined by a conjunction (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so).

so she feels dizzy now. 3. Martha is very busy and she
still has plans tomorrow.
