Air condition compressor, all the seals and bearings changed during the process

Injector rail after removal, all the old hoses were very brittle !

Some parts before plaiting and new hoses

Both side aluminium insulation sheets had to be remanufactured, old ones had badly corroded

Centre cover gasket changed as well

Valve clearances checked while cam covers were off. All vacuum hoses changed before assembly

Cam covers were very clean from inside

Some parts have been already reassembled

It is going back together 10

After injector service, metal plating, throttle body rebuilt and inlet manifold service

Exhaust manifold heat shields have been plated LH & RH side

New aluminium insulation sheet in place LH side

Water valve for heater renewed during the process

New aluminium insulation sheet in place RH side

Bonnet lock LH, washer bottle mounting and other parts in place after plating

RH side bonnet lock and bolts after plating

Work almost completed

Hose for idle valve changed and valve serviced

Air compressor tensioner pulley renewed, old one on right. This is remanufactured part from USA using the old arm

New labels in place RH side

New labels in place LH side

Compressor in place dryer unit renewed, system regassed with RS-24 and work is now completed
