Solid State ControlsWiring is a breeze whetheryou mount one in the lobby orone at each floor. Our seriallink system requires that yourun only three wires from amaster control unit, which ismounted on the controllerdoor and wired into each flooroutput. If you’ve got dialindicators at each landing allyou need to do is run the samethree wires to those units too.What could be easier.

Refurbish ExistingSend us your original P.I. andlet us refurbish it. We havetwo options; if the unit is castiron we clean up the casting,and paint it to it’s original. Ifthe casting is bronze or brasswe clean it up and antique itaccordingly.

Duplicate ExistingSend us your original P.I. andwe’ll make a pattern from it.Then we’ll cast in yellowbrass, antique accordingly,apply floor markings andreturn for mounting!

Refurbish ExistingSend us your original P.I., Arrow and Floor Markings and let usrefurbish them. We have two options; if the unit is cast iron we clean upthe casting, and paint it to match it’s original color. If the casting isbronze or brass we clean it up and antique accordingly.

Duplicate ExistingSend us your original P.I. and we’ll make a pattern from it. Then we’llcast in yellow brass, antique accordingly, apply floor markings andreturn for mounting!

Electronics OnlyWe provide electronics for projects where the arrow protrudes throughthe wall. If floor markings are mounted on the facade over the elevatorentrance we’ll need a digital photograph of where the characters aremounted so we can program the electronics to correctly stop theindicator when the elevator is at each landing.

It is important to make sure you have enough room on in the hoistwayfor the electronics enclosure. The minimum depth required for themotor/electronics and enclosure is 4.25”.

For older pulley/cable dial indicators it was often much easier tomove the floor markings on the dial than adjust the cable tension.

With new electronics and solid state controls there’s no maintenanceor adjusting required after the unit is installed.
