ORCHESTRA HALL The recent $50 million renovation of Orchestra Hall serves the needs of audience members and rental partners better with a significantly expanded lobby and flexible new gathering spaces.

“THE PARK” A $400 million real estate proposal targets the area around the new MMP Stadium, which would add offices, residential housing, retail and a nine-acre park.

THE NEW MINNESOTA MULTI-PURPOSE STADIUM The new MMP Stadium will be completed in time for the 2016 NFL season. This facility will be connected by skyway.
