How to Register
Easy online registration is available for all classes and camps at www.smgov.net/reserve. Priority
online registration for Santa Monica Residents runs January 31 (6 am) through February 6, 2018.
Non-resident registration opens February 7. To download a registration form, visit
www.smgov.net/classes. Registration forms are accepted via email, fax, mail, or drop off.
Refunds & Transfers
A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refund/transfer requests must be
made in writing to the program supervisor in person or by fax, mail, or email. Class refunds and
transfers will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Camp refunds
will only be issued with medical documentation or if requested within 5 calendar days prior to the
first meeting. Refunds will be prorated.
Cancellations
A full refund will be granted if we cancel the program. All dates, times, locations, and instructors are
subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to combine classes as needed or cancel
programs due to insufficient enrollment. Due to the organizational needs of group classes, we are
not able to offer makeups for days missed by the student.
Material Fees are payable to the instructor in cash on the first day of class. Material fees are not
discountable or refundable.

Funky Divas & Dudes Performance Art Rockstar Camp (4-10 yrs) Instructor: Funky Divas & Dudes Joslyn Park Auditorium Catch onto the latest dance craze! Rock Out in this Performance Art Camp! Learn your own personalized dance routines and dress-up in Popstar costumes to create Music Videos. Other rocking activities include Face Painting, TV Commercials, Acting, Theme Day Dress Up, Funky Arts-n-Crafts, Dance Games, learn cool dance choreography to songs from trendy musicals and all your favorite radio tunes! What would a city be without architects and engineers who come up with the ideas, plans and building skills to
make it all come together? Campers will put their engineering and architecture skills to work as they build city
themed models using LEGO® Bricks. The sky’s the limit when campers are challenged to use their own ideas
and skills to build a skyscraper taller than their heads! They’ll have a blast using custom-built cars to move

(6-10 yrs) Instructor: Mad Science Joslyn Park Craft Room Join the Academy of Future Space Explorers to investigate planets, watch stardust burn and explore rocket science. Build a Starblazer II Rocket, design a car engine and learn about thrust and propulsion in a real rocket launch! Live the life of an astronaut and discover outer space technology. Top it off with some crazy chemistry that is packed solid with cool reactions, bubbling potions and mix up your very own batch of slime! This camp gives kids the chance to touch, feel and create while learning the basics of cooking. Kids are
introduced to new ingredients, measurement (math) and kitchen safety. Handmade recipe books are
distributed at the end of camp. Different recipes will be made each week. Please bring a snack, lunch, and

Youth Tennis Spring Camp with Richard (6-17yrs) Instructor: Richard Goldenson Memorial Park At the college level, Coach Goldenson's focus on sound fundamentals with an emphasis on movement and conditioning biomechanics has helped numerous players earn All American honors. As Camp Director, Coach Goldenson utilizes the same coaching methods and philosophy that have led to great success at the college level. campers will challenge their bodies with new sports, games and obstacle courses, as well as develop their

non-competitive, non-intimidating introduction to sports. Cooling down with arts and science ensures all

Autobahn Soccer (5-12 yrs) Instructor: Raul Palomares Airport Park This soccer camp offers skill training, soccer games, and small-sided competition in a safe and nurturing environment. Campers will be placed in age appropriate groups. This camp is an excellent way for all young soccer players to spend their school break having lots of fun while developing soccer skills along the way. Whether your child is just starting soccer or is an advanced player, they will enhance their playing skills while getting a better understanding of the game. Camps are directed by former professional soccer player, USA Men’s National team, LA Galaxy scout, and Autobahn Technical Director Raul Palomares.
