NOUR Nour is a Moroccan reference and late maturing Clementine. This fruit, of a medium size,

has often a small neck feature. The peel has a strong orange colour, rough and thickenough, but easily removable. Its flavour is sweeter and less acidic than that of Fine

Clementine.

Available from December to January

NADORCOTT

This natural hybrid of Murcott is a native of Morocco. These fruits are of a medium to smallsize and easy to peel, just like Clementine. Moreover, Nadorcott has an irregular shapeand is as slightly flattened as Murcott. Late maturing (around mid-February), this variety

has no seeds. Its flesh is soft and mild, with a high level of juice and acid that confers it aparticular taste.

Available from January to April

NOVA

This medium-size fruit is a result of a cross between common Clementine and Tangelo.Nova’s qualities are quite interesting : a marked skin coloring, a deep orange flesh, soft,

juicy, seedless, with a sweet taste and low acidity. However, this fruit must be quicklyharvested to avoid the swelling of its skin. It is widely planted in Spain (Clemenvilla), Israel

(Suntina) and Morocco.

Available from November to January
