Recommendation Wednesday, February 8, 2012 7:31 AM From: "Victoria M. Holt" <[email protected]> View contact details To: [email protected] The purpose of this email is to offer my recommendation to potential employers of Cindy Miller. Cindy Miller joined Spartech Corporation as the assistant to the CEO in August, 2011 and worked with me for approximately six months. She provided excellent administrative assistance in areas such as management of my travel and calendar, management of the board of director communication and the board of director meetings. Cindy was responsible for all board materials and logistics for two board meetings during her tenure at the company. My calendar and travel logistics can be quite challenging and Cindy managed this with a smile. There were several of my business colleagues outside the company who commented to me unsolicited how nice it was to work with Cindy. She was prompt in response to requests and always willing to work late if needed to get the job done. She fit in very well with the team at Spartech. We did not move Cindy into a permanent position at Spartech as we decided to consolidate two administrative assistant roles and as Cindy was still a temporary employee at the time of this decision, we selected the permanent employee into the consolidated position. We will miss Cindy at Spartech, but wish her well in her future career. Best Regards, Vicki Holt Victoria Holt President & CEO Spartech Corporation Office: 314.889.8310 Cell: 724.591.1607
