• Recorded each entrants name onto log sheet upon entry/exit of confine space. Assessed and verify permit is in compliance with job tasks. Monitored confine space for unusual toxins/gases with LEL O2 levels/gas instruments.

• Medical Assistance II: Interview Patients to obtain medical information and measure vital signs, weight, and height. Record patients’ medical history, vital statistics, and information such as test results in medical records.

• Collect blood, tissue or other laboratory specimens, logging/ documenting information, and prepare them for testing.

• Assist physicians to examine and treat patients, handing them instruments and materials, and performing such tasks as giving injections and removing sutures.

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, to include cleaning and restocking. • Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies • Phone consultation with clients regarding test results & health concerns. • Perform phlebotomy and other diagnostic tests as needed. Administer oral, intramuscular,

SubQ, and topical medications as ordered. • Ensure proper documentation of patient care. • Responsible for keeping all exam rooms stocked with supplies: checking exam room stock
