180 guests for a formal dining event or 200 guests for an informal cocktail reception.

Las Vegas, James Bond or The Greatest Showman. Our flexibility ensures we can meet your exact

requirements from tailor made menus to drinks packages, as well as the options of amazing

entertainment packages.

Alternatively, the Florentynas can accommodate up to 30 guests and

These terms and conditions apply to all guests

attending an event in this Christmas Party Programme

1a. A £10.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for All Inclusive parties.

1b. A £5.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required for lunch and afternoon tea bookings.

1c. A £20 per person non-refundable deposit is required all Christmas Day and New Years Eve bookings

2. All final balances are to be paid 28 days prior to your party night.

3. We regret that if your numbers decrease, all deposits and payments made are non-refundable or transferable.

4. If the final balance is not settled in advance (see clause 2 above) the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

5. We require a full pre-order sheet returned to the hotel 14 days prior to your event.

6. Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival).

7. The hotel reserves the right to move or amend the booking, but will endeavour at all times to satisfy our clients and minimise any inconvenience.

8. A £500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Christmas wedding bookings with a 50% deposit required 6 months prior to the date and full balance 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
