Christmas crackle cookies

Ingredients
Method1. Preheat oven to 180°C, line two baking trays with baking paper2. In a medium bowl add flours and baking powder 3. In a large bowl of electric mixer add margarine and sugar, mix until creamy then add eggs, vanilla extract, food colouring or flavour plus juice and zest of choice (see 'flavours and colours' below)4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined5. Place icing sugar into a small bowl6. Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls then roll in icing sugar to coat well. Place balls onto baking sheet, leaving room for spreading7. Bake for 10 minutes, allow to cool on the tray slightly before transferring to a cooling rack.
