For fifteen years, Christie Cannon of Keller Williams Realty has been a real

estate agent. For the first five years Cannon spent her time as a commercial &

residential land development real estate. It was in 2003 that Cannon took the

opportunity to join Keller Williams Realty. In both positions, Cannon

experienced great success and was awarded for her hard working ethic and

high achievement.

The first five years started in 1998, the year after Christie Cannon of Keller

Williams Realty became a Texas Real Estate Commissioned Licensed Agent. It

was in the Dallas and Fort Worth area that see worked on land development.

Cannon was very good at her job. Closing many deals, she was awarded for her

efforts.

Focusing purely on residential real estate now, Christie Cannon joined Keller

Williams Realty in 2003. Originally starting an individual agent, Cannon proved

herself to be a great acquisition to the Keller Williams family, and was awarded

the Rookie of the Year award in 2004 and 2005. From that point on, Christie

Cannon of Keller Williams Realty began fixing her eyes on establishing a team.

In ’07, she grabbed her first member; today her team is made up of three full

time staff members and six agents serving Frisco & the North Texas area.

When asked about what makes her and her team so successful, Christie

Cannon of Keller Williams Realty believes that it is the way they treat their

clients and their homes. There is no doubt that Cannon and her team is finding

great success in their business. They have sold houses at a rate that is two and

one half times faster than the industry average in their city, leading to 240

homes sold last year alone.
