• Constant data reviews and evaluation of interventions through PLC’s• Address root causes performed by grade levels by:

•Having a weekly assessment day for new students•Implementing an improved PBIS model

• More focused interventions• Smaller group sizes• Instruction focus aligned with Lesson in a Folder and Assessment Poster models

• Timely implementation of intervention• Continued data digs in conjunction with AERO and Achieve Team leadership
