▪ Supervised a multi-national team of 20 dedicated civilian and military members for the maintenance, installation and planning future expansion/life cycle of all server infrastructure.

Multinational Forces Organization (MFO), Sinai Desert, Egypt:

▪ Primarily accountable for managing all aspects of the MFO Network comprised of 27 servers, 680 networked computers, 2 main camps, 30 remote sites

▪ Maintaining internet connectivity for all accommodations ▪ Managed a $380K IT budget and contributed to the preparation of next year’s budget. ▪ Advised the Chief of ICT of technical matters ▪ ICT Help desk Manager: facilitated client focused support and delivery by conducting quality
