AmericanoStrong americano coffee ganache made using our Hot Water technique gives the perfect balance of dark and bitter notes with a rich complex scale of gentle aromatic fruity chocolatey tones.

Elemental – WaterCoconut and lime –perfectly refreshing, perfectly balanced.

Manchester Tart Raspberry caramel, custard ganache and toasted coconut – the essence of Manchester Tart expertly captured in chocolate.

Toast & MarmaladeZingy Seville orange marmalade coated with toasted Japanese panko breadcrumbs.

From time-honoured favourites such as rhubarb and custard tart to Daniel’s signature billionaire’s shortbread and classic tart au chocolat, temptation is sure to get the better of you.

Triple Chocolate Pyramid70% dark, 35% white and 50% milk chocolate mousse.

Raspberry DeliceVanilla infused genoise sponge, raspberry mousse and raspberry glaze.

Billionaires Shortbread DomeScottish shortbread, our signature salted caramel, salted caramel bavarois and a dome of dark chocolate, garnished with shards of chocolate and a sprinkling of edible gold.

Rhubarb and Custard TartRhubarb caramel, custard white chocolate ganache encased in crumbly buttery pastry.

Tart Au ChocolatCrumbly sweet pastry filled with 80% dark chocolate ganache and decorated with splashes of milk and white chocolate.

Using the latest edible print technology, Daniel and his team can create bespoke chocolate delicacies for your special event. They can also create brand-matched packaging and logo foil blocking (see website for additional costs and minimum orders) to your bespoke specification.

Daniel made 300 wonderful, salted caramel chocolates for party guests at ‘Back to Blackburn’ - an event I organised to get people back into the town centre in the evening. I found him to be both professional and lovely to deal with and wish him every success. He deserves to do well.

Chocolat By Daniel Coletta provided Fettle Events with a beautifully created hand made chocolates for one of our recent events. The option of a bespoke flavour with corporate branding only added to the unique gift we were able to provide for our guests, and to be able to find this level of quality of product in our local community was fantastic.

CHOCOLATEACADEMY

Daniel came into our school to make chocolate lollies with Year 3. Every child made lollies and chose how to decorate them. The children were enthralled by the whole experience and we eagerly await a future visit from Daniel. We would highly recommend Daniel to work with classes to support the curriculum of any age as his classes are national curriculum matched. A fantastic experience.

Working from his premises or your school/college, Daniel runs Academy classes, where he demonstrates the ‘chocolate basics’ such as processing, tempering and creating a simple ganache.
