Core contributor to developing a queue management tool for creating a standard of work for Data Technicians globally.

Accounted for 3% of all trouble ticket resolved globally by Data Center Operations in 2013 Achieved a Data Center cluster first of zero trouble tickets during Q4 rush 2012 and again in Q2

and Q3 of 2013. Early member of the Data Tech University development team; contributing over 500 wiki updates

and documents for Hardware repair workflows, ticket communication, ticket etiquette, ticket tagging standardization, and the data tech on-boarding document.

Selected to train and mentor new hire team members in amazon culture and effective work techniques.

Assisted Support Engineering teams with categorizing daily operations ticket work into groups, allowing for a new weighted metrics score to better classify the quality of work performed by data techs globally.
