Owing to the “philanthropic civilizing mission” assumed by Western European nations imbued with the anti-

Black racism sanctified in the sixth century CE European version of the Babylonian Talmud, we [Africans]

ended up being kidnapped, ruthlessly thrown into ships’ holds, enslaved, and traded for goods or money

for hundreds of years. The brutal plunder and genocide of over 70,000,000 Africans by the British Cecil

choice but have by our side China and Russia and the “Bandung” nations, specifically: Afghanistan, Burma,

Cambodia, Egypt, Ethiopia, China, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia,

Libya, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, Yemen.

To get a clue as to the covered malice said Western brand-new resolve is all about, please ask the United

Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, i.e. H.E. Dr. Filippo Grandi, why is the mandate refugee that Mr.

Capita happens to be deprived of a valid travel document within the so-called free world since 2004 (?).

What binds China and Russia to Cabinda

Cabinda (made up of the Kingdoms of Ngoio, Cacongo, and Loango)1 was a sovereign state

under international law up to 1885 AD; a Portuguese protectorate since 1885 up to 1976;2 and

is a Non-Self-Governing Territory following its belligerent occupation by Angola with the help

of Cuba and the Soviet Union in 1974-75. In view of the core values articulated in the tools of

international law, the legal-political conflict prevailing between Cabinda and Angola is of the

nature referred to in Article 34 of the Charter of the United Nations.

Aside from the fact that both China and Russia are permanent Members of the UN Security

Council, on which the UN Charter confers primary responsibility for the maintenance of global

peace and security, China and Russia are distinguished Members of the UN Special Committee

on Decolonization or C-24, which is the UN body fully devoted to the issue of decolonization

with the purpose of monitoring the implementation of the UN GA Resolution 1514 (XV) of 14

December 1960, about the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries

and Peoples. Yet, despite the cries of pain that rise up from Cabinda, and regardless of the fact

that the native Cabindans are the sole genuine holders of the legal and inalienable title to the

territory of Cabinda, both the criminal occupation and the marauding of its natural wealth and

resources are ongoing thus far, seemingly with the endorsement of the United Nations.

Both China and Russia played a vital part in the 1955 Asian-African (Bandung) Conference,

at which the assembled leaders underlined the crucial right of all peoples to self-determination,

and pledged their solidarity with each other in the fight against colonialism and in the struggle

for economic and social development. Owing to that Conference, all over the world, hundreds

of millions of people have exercised their right to self-determination, and more than 80 once-

colonized territories have gained independence. Furthermore, the Conference resulted in the

adoption by the UN GA of the Resolution 1514 (XV) of December 14, 1960, on decolonization;

the Resolution 1803 (XVII) of December 14, 1962, concerning the permanent sovereignty of

peoples over their own natural wealth and resources; the 1966 International Covenant on Civil

and Political Rights; and, of course, the 1966 International Covenant on Economic, Social and

Cultural Rights. We take our hats off to the Chinese and Russian nations, and we vow to erect

throughout Alkebu-lan (Africa) the fitting pyramidal monuments dedicated to your memorable

heroism. Actually, the fulfilment of international law binds China and Russia to Cabinda!

China and Russia Better Placed to Help Africa

We mean to say China and Russia are better placed to understand—that is, to identify with,

the besieged Cabinda and Africa at large. Both China and Russia are well aware of what it means

to be the target of a giant conspiracy, as the two experienced respectively the less-talked about

Opium Wars (1838-1842 and 1856-1960)3 that murdered over 200,000,000 Chinese men and

women; and the plundering by the “Bolshevists” of the enormous fortune of the Russian Czars

and of considerable portions of the Russian Orthodox Church’s wealth, aside from the millions

of men and women massacred in the Russian Revolution instigated by the same global plotters

and slave-makers. So China and Russia can imagine how it feels to belong to the black-skinned

race, which is the target of a ruthless conspiracy that persists since the advent of the so-called

“Curse of Ham” (i.e. on Black people) preserved in the sixth century CE European version of the

Babylonian Talmud.4

China’s and Russia’s predisposition to sympathize with the Human Family as a whole—that

is, your willingness to take care of the Creation, is an undeniable fact. Such readiness is tangible

in the pledge of President Xi Jinping; we quote: “China’s development will never be a challenge

or a threat to any other country or the world at large.” It is also palpable in the speech delivered

by President Vladimir Putin at the UN on September 28, 2015, which reads among other things:

“We can no longer tolerate the current state of affairs in the world.”

A wide-ranging co-operation between “China + Russia and Africa” is all the more required

at the present time as it is necessary to make sure China and Russia remain unpolluted with

the doctrine of racial superiority that putrefies the relationship between Africa and the West

so far. We know the early Chinese (Shang dynasty) were Blacks. It was during the Shang dynasty

(the first recorded Chinese dynasty), that Chinese writing began to develop. The oldest Chinese

characters, two hundred in number, are called Siang-Hing, i.e. ideographic representations. A

considerable number of Chinese ideographs are identical with the Egyptian hieroglyphics.5 In

2005, the Chinese DNA specialist, Jin Li, leading a team of Chinese and other scientists, proved

through DNA tests that indeed the first inhabitants of China were Blacks from Alkebu-lan.6 We

also know of the significant role Blacks in the distant past played in Russia, where they left both

Christianity and Judaism, and where the vestiges of the General Hannibal at the service of Czar

named Melchior Adam Weickard E. Verhelst, a Physician to the Palatine Court (Germany), was

China’s and Russia’s Responsibility in Cabinda

In view of the obvious responsibility of the United Nations vis-à-vis the Non-Self-Governing

Territory of Cabinda, responsibility that derives from the fact that the legal-political difference

between Cabinda and Angola (Portugal) is of the nature referred to in Article 34 of the Charter

of the United Nations, this fact being based upon a set of UN documents, like the UN Special

Committee on Decolonization’s [Document of the 17th Session of the UN General Assembly -

4th Committee A/C. 4/SR 1391 of 20 November 1962, and Annexes, Agenda item 54, documents

A/5160 and add. 1 and 2], which is consistent not only with the UN GA Resolution 1514 (XV) of

December 14, 1960, but also with UN GA Resolutions 1807 (XVII) and 1808 (XVII) of December

14, 1962, as well as the UN GA Resolution 1871 (XVII) of December 20, 1962, without living the

UN SC Resolution 180 (1963) of July 31, 1963 [S/5380] and the UN ECOSOC’s Report/Document

E/CN.4/2005/101/Add.2 of February 21, 2005 off the list, China and Russia, together with the

“Bandung” nations that pledged their solidarity with each other in the fight against colonialism

and in the struggle for economic and social development, are invited to oversee the transfer

of Cabinda by the Angolan Government to the genuine holders of the legal and inalienable title

to said territory, i.e. to the sovereign people of Cabinda.

In case the status quo—that is, the belligerent occupation of Cabinda by Angola and the

looting of Cabinda’s natural resources by alien nations, turns out to be the predilection of the

global conspirators who are but advocates of the doctrine of racial superiority, which originates

with the sixth century CE European version of the Babylonian Talmud, then China and Russia

are invited to make sure our « PLAN B » comes into existence. Our “PLAN B” consists in ensuring

that economics and justice go hand in hand, i.e. close together, in Angola. Owing to its bellicose

occupation of Cabinda, Angola has become Africa’s largest petroleum producer, now pumping

out more than 2,000,000 barrels of crude oil every day. From the Non-Self-Governing Territory

of Cabinda, Angola gets over $35 billion per year in royalties, paid, among others, by Chevron’s

wholly owned subsidiary Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Ltd. (CABGOC). Regardless of these massive

revenues, the nearly one million Cabindan natives both at home and abroad are forced to live

on less than $1 per day. The foreign-owned government of Angola does not even care about

the fact that the natives of the territory from which it obtains so much money have no road

infrastructure, no transport facilities, no appropriate schools, no hospitals, no clean water, no

airport, no industrial and trading ports, no health care, no housing project, no welfare services,

no farming, no electrification; put simply, no global progress. In his book The Anglo-American

Establishment, Carrol Quigley, a Harvard educated professor at Georgetown University, and a

no-conspiracy theorist, has given us a clue as to the ultimate aims of Western secret societies,

like Cecil Rhodes’s, associated with Wall Street and the City of London (aka “The Crown”). If we

are to believe Quigley and the New York Times, said secret groups were formed for the purpose

of “gradually absorbing the wealth of the world.”7

The Non-Self-Governing Territory of Cabinda, where just about 80 percent of Angola’s oil is

produced and from which the country earns nearly all of its foreign exchange,8 is the source of

80 percent of Angola’s national Budget as well. Given the extent of Cabinda’s contribution, it

is in the nature of things that the legitimate heirs of Cabinda’s natural wealth and resources be

not only the leading financiers, but also the leading administrators within the entire Angolan

structure. Since the magnitude of Cabinda’s input goes up to 80 percent, as far as the national

budget of Angola is concerned, the ratio of leading administrators to be engaged everywhere

within the Angolan structure has to be the same—that is, 80 percent. Accordingly, 80 percent

of the Angolan executive power (including the head of State), of the legislative power, and of

the judiciary have to be men and women from Cabinda; 80 percent of the natives employed

by oil companies and other alien corporations must be Cabindans; 80 percent of the managers

of the National Bank as well as commercial Banks have to be likewise Cabindans; and so forth.

We are from now on excited to do business with the partners at present in the field, whose

current shape of interests we ratify, as well as with the incoming partners from the “Bandung”

nations, on condition that all business partners endorse our de facto right to stand not only as

the leading financiers but also as the leading administrators of the Angolan Res Publica.

Though we are against Angola’s illicit occupation of Cabinda, as Angolans themselves were

against the Portuguese colonial rule, we are not in favor of regime changes throughout Africa

subsidized by foreigners. Nor are we in support of forcing deposed autocrats to leave their own

respective countries and mother Africa and go into exile. For the reason that we are committed

to contributing to the fulfillment of international order of justice and peace, we fervently extol

the virtues of a cooperated political transition, and accept in advance the obligations of pacific

settlement provided in the Charter of the United Nations.

Role of Portugal, Germany, and the United States

Portugal is the number one Western European country and people Cabindans have faith

in, in many respects. In 1974 Portugal did everything in her power to have Cabinda transferred

to the natives that we happen to be. The obstacles to her decolonization process of Cabinda,

generated by imperialistic appetites of her own fellows within NATO, were so insurmountable

that Portugal had to turn to Soviet Union and Cuba for help. Thus Angola, with the assistance

of Cuba and the Soviet Union, came to perform the military occupation of Cabinda. Soon after,

both France and the United States volunteered to help Cabindans rescue our country from the

Angolan army backed by Fidel Castro’s Cuba and the Soviet Union. But as soon as France and

USA were given diamonds and oil concessions by Angola, the legitimate right of the Cabinda

people to regain political sovereignty was instantly consigned to oblivion. Forgotten by the so-

called “free world” in various refugee camps in Congo-Kinshasa and Congo-Brazzaville, Portugal

and the Holy See (Caritas) were/are the exclusive “Mother Teresa” amidst the poverty-stricken

refugees from Cabinda. So the most qualified representative of Portugal both China and Russia

are invited to work with is His Royal Highness Dom Duarte Pio, Duke of Braganza,9 the truthful

and fair-minded heir of the Portuguese throne. He has worked long and hard on behalf of then-

oppressed people of East-Timor, and is equitably and tirelessly stating that there is a legitimate

case for the independence of Cabinda.

Strange as it may seem, it is a fact that Germany was the very first country and people on

earth that rose up against the cruel treatment inflicted on African people by the trans-Atlantic

slave traders imbued with the doctrine of racial superiority, which actually owes its existence

to the Babylonian Talmud. In concrete terms, the caring German people devoted themselves

to providing the so anguished African nations with weapons to break the colonial yoke and thus

regain self-determination, self-respect, and self-defense. The protests of White supremacists

against the Germans’ “anti-West” stance —that is, German people’s affectionate consideration

for Africans, are reported in the newspapers of the year 1885 like this:

The German interest in Africa is her own export trade, which chiefly consists in providing the

natives with gin and firearms. (…) The German interest of course prevailed, and the protection

of the native against gin and of the European settler against armed natives remains a pious

wish.10

In order to thwart Germans from providing Africans with guns, which would eventually put

an end to the reign of “God’s chosen Aryans over the savage dark beings of Africa accursed by

God through Noah,” two World Wars of revenge on Germany have been plotted up to now. In

both the First and Second World Wars, the Africans Germany wanted to free from European

imperialist yoke ended up as mere cannon fodders, whereas Germans were disgraced by God’s

chosen race as if they were “Negroes.” In her book The High Cost of Vengeance, Freda Utley

unveils the less-talked about inhuman treatment inflicted on German civilians by the so-called

victors of WWII. Unlike most Western envoys, like the US and the Israeli delegates, who walked

out of the United Nations Durban Conference on Racism organized in Durban (South Africa) in

“August-September” 2001, German diplomats stayed bravely at Black people’s side. It is not by

accident at all that Germany and the entire African continent are vetoed from acquiring nuclear

weapons and from having a permanent seat on the UN Security Council.

Germany has the potential to be a force of stability and global development in Africa, on

condition that China and Russia and Portugal and Africans manage to help Germany and France

to overcome their long-lasting enmity once and for all. Underlying most of the bloody conflicts

ongoing in the Congo basin is the French effort aimed at preventing Germany from acquiring a

noteworthy sphere of influence in Africa. In former French Foreign Minister Roland Dumas’s

2014 interview with l’Humanité, there is a pertinent question voiced as follows: “Can France

and Germany overcome their grievances and lead a new, continental European diplomacy for

peace and prosperity for Europe and beyond?”11 Said interview suggests problems and possible

solutions for a “French – German” initiated partnership for peace in Europe, the Middle East,

Africa, and beyond. But this is unlikely, simply because both France and Germany are subtly

put against one another by a unique third party, i.e. an occult secret society, whose purpose is

of “gradually absorbing the wealth of the world.”

Actually, as long as there are dark-skinned people on earth, Germany will continue to be a

country and nation very ostracized and feared by God’s chosen race that feeds on the doctrine

of racial superiority. Given that “Western Europe’s very existence depends on the resources of

Africa and the continued control exercised by the Western European powers over the African

continent,”12 the main endeavor of Germany’s age-old rivals is to avert Germans from having

direct access to African natural resources, so that they will have no choice but to be drip-fed

by their long-standing challengers. This is substantiated by the French Colonial Pact13 and its

various subsidiaries all over Africa, by means of which France pockets from its former African

colonies 440 billion euros each year, since the early 1960s, as deplored by a German newspaper

not long ago.14 So either China and Russia and Portugal and Africans succeed in complementing

French and Germans, and thus establish Germany a force of stability and global development

in Africa, or Africa loses Germany to the great benefit of the “cannibal world order” in which

Germans have no chance but to be compelled to play a big part in the obliteration of Africans

and in the plundering of Africa’s natural resources by Cecil Rhodes’s secret societies.

As to the United States, there is no doubt she has a vital part to play in the pacific transfer

process of Cabinda to the native heirs of this African territory, alongside China, Russia, Portugal,

Germany, the “Bandung” nations, Haiti, Venezuela, Bolivia, Sweden, and the Holy See. There

are grounds good enough to claim that the United States could have long ago helped Cabinda

regain political sovereignty. The United States is acquainted with the legal and political status

of Cabinda at least since the Berlin-Congo Conference (1884-1885), at which the international

protectorate treaty between Cabinda and Portugal received attention and ratification. Besides,

the American oil company—that is, Chevron, which has been involved in Cabinda’s oil and gas

exploration and production industry since the mid-1950s through its wholly owned subsidiary

Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Ltd. (CABGOC), is Angola’s largest foreign oil-industry employer thus

far. Last but not least, the United States, through the “Constitutions of Nations” compiled and

put at the disposal of the UN Legal Department by the outstanding US diplomat and barrister

Amos J. Peaslee in the early 1960s, is the nation that provided the United Nations with accurate

information about the legal-political status of Cabinda.

It appears that the cunning postponement of Cabinda’s attainment of self-determination

has a lot to do with the fact that the United States is not free enough to foster justice and global

development throughout Africa, despite appearances to the contrary. Owing to the influence

exerted to have the Federal Reserve Act passed, which was done behind the scenes principally

by two non-elected persons, i.e. Col. Edward E. House and Paul Warburg, the Federal System

ceded the right to print money to what was merely a legalized cartel of private banks affiliated

with a few wealthy men.15 In The New Freedom, US President Woodrow Wilson did not hide

from us his country’s ugly picture, and therefore his frustration, desolation, and tears.

A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is privately

concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a

few men… [W]e have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled

and dominated, governments in the civilized world—no longer a government by free opinion,

no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the

opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant men. …Since I entered politics, I have chiefly

had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the

field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They

know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so

complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in

condemnation of it.16

President Wilson’s call for the emancipation of the generous energies of a people for the

new freedom, is actually being heard in America and all over the world. Emancipating generous

energies now get that both the visible and invisible entities with a hold over African countries,

which form the cornerstone of their economic well-being, are the same ones having a negative

hold over the United States. So this is the time of all others when China and Russia, in common

with the United States, should lead in the attempt to make the purity and the spiritual power

of Democracy prevail. Either China and Russia manage to work shoulder to shoulder with US

President Donald J. Trump, and together decide to keep Africans at home and abroad safe and

secure by stopping the extermination underway, or, consistent with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,

“we perish together as fools.”

An Asian-African Common Defense Policy

“Since Africa is the least understood continent, it is also the one most easily ignored and therefore vulnerable to plunder.”

therefore vulnerable to plunder. (U.S. ignorance about Africa is ingrained in our educational

systems, including the mainstream media. It is calculated. Because we do not know, we do not

care. Because we do not care, these countries are open territory for mistreatment, even more

than those that fall within our radar. (…) Most Americans simply don’t care. Even African

Americans! (…) And you know what’s one of the worst aspects of this? The agencies that are

supposed to be the good guys are part of the game. I’m not just talking about the World Bank

either. The deception includes some of the nonprofits, the NGOs. (…) Are the concepts of aid

and development simply tools in the arsenal of the West, wielded not for the sake of charity

but for the sake of control?”17

Well before the Portuguese seafarers first rounded the Cape of Good Hope in the fifteenth

century, the people of Cabinda and most coastal African nations were involved in an extensive

business interaction with Asiatic peoples and nations. Honesty, pacifism, and win-win problem

solving were actually the basic standards of that prehistoric and extremely fertile Asian-African

partnership. As the extinction of the dark-skinned race through premeditated wars, man-made

diseases, and much more evil means is motivated by the doctrine of racial superiority, which is

itself devised by secret societies aimed at “gradually absorbing the wealth of the world,” we

cannot help realizing to what extent the resumption of that early partnership is essential today,

tomorrow, and everlastingly. It is realistic, not opportunistic, to profess that Africa’s political

security and stability are inherently linked up with Asia’s—that is, with the “Bandung” nations.

In other words, an Asian-African Common Defense Policy is required at the present, more than

ever before.

Since Africa and the African people, i.e. the most thoroughly abused continent and the

most in danger of extinction on earth, are deliberately excluded from being part of the highest

body of the United Nations—that is, the Permanent Corpus of the Security Council, and banned

from acquiring nuclear weapons and technology to eventually secure their own survival, it is

high time that China and Russia sided with the beleaguered African people in our struggle to

achieve and sustain self-determination, self-respect, and self-defense. As concerns Africa, the

United Nations has so far failed to ascertain it was created to promote justice and peace in the

world without distinction of any kind, such as race, complexion, sex, language, religion, political

or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. On the contrary, the

United Nations has proved to have racial prejudice as its founding value, since its highest body

is reserved for White nations only, and since White nations alone can offer themselves as much

nuclear weapons as they like, and can donate such weapons to any nation they like, except to

Black nations. Racial bias is due to the fact that the United Nations was devised by the Western

imperialist nations involved in the trans-Atlantic slave trade, and partitioned Africa through the

General Act of the Conference of Berlin in the Name of Almighty God.18 The racialist role played

by the secret societies that drew their inspiration from the world’s peerless murderer, i.e. Cecil

John Rhodes (1853-1902), could not help depraving the United Nations ever since its inception.

Apart from the purpose of “gradually absorbing the wealth of the world,” Rhodes’s secret

societies, which masterminded both WWI and WWII, aim to realize the “return of the American

colonies to the dominion of the Crown,”19 and, clearly, the ultimate “extension of British rule

throughout the world.” In the first of his seven wills, Cecil Rhodes called for the formation of a

“secret society,” devoted to the above purposes. The exact wording of his will, here is:

To and for the establishment, promotion and development of a Secret Society, the true aim

and object whereof shall be for the extension of British rule throughout the world, the

perfecting of a system of emigration from the United Kingdom, and of colonisation by British

subjects of all lands where the means of livelihood are attainable by energy, labour and

enterprise, and especially the occupation by British settlers of the entire Continent of Africa,

the Holy Land, the Valley of the Euphrates, the Islands of Cyprus and Candia, the whole of South

America, the Islands of the Pacific not heretofore possessed by Great Britain, the whole of the

Malay Archipelago, the seaboard of China and Japan, the ultimate recovery of the United States

of America as an integral part of the British Empire, the inauguration of a system of Colonial

representation in the Imperial Parliament which may tend to weld together the disjointed

members of the Empire and, finally, the foundation of so great a Power as to render wars

impossible, and promote the best interests of humanity.20

The commitment of Rhodes’s secret societies to achieve the above imperialistic objectives

has successfully turned Africa into the least understood continent, one most easily disregarded

and therefore vulnerable to plunder. In order to thwart African leaders from being upright men

and women, said occult societies got used to resorting to all possible degenerate methods. We

can get a clue as to what they actually do to African leaders to have them as pliable, impotent,

ignored, and abused as they are, as soon as we learn about what was done to Vladimir Putin

before he could be made President of Russia. Consistent with the outstanding Russian scholar

Irene Caesar (Ph.D.), Vladimir Putin, a creation of the British Secret Intelligence Service (SIS),

and all at once a Russian-British-Israeli-German-American secret agent in the 1990s, was made

a president only after being photographed in scenes or acts of Satanic pedophilia. “Naturally,”

Ms. Caesar deduced, “all of Rothschild’s marionettes in Russia were introduced to pedophilia

and human sacrifice.”21 Putin’s patriotic decision to break away from the hold of those secret

societies appears to be the cause of his being fervently demonized in the West.

The construction of such a critical tool, i.e. an Asian-African Legal-Political Space involving

a Common Defense Policy, is a matter of urgency, inasmuch as the political security and stability

of the heroic “Bandung” nations and the survival of the black-skinned people are indisputably

at stake. As it is self-evident that the United Nations and the international law it represents will

never recommend that the black-skinned race in danger of extinction be given the proper tools,

i.e. nuclear weapons and technology, to successfully guarantee its survival, the only remaining

ensuring alternative is an Asian-African Common Defense Policy. No human race on earth has

ever been so aggressively assaulted, subjugated, segregated, humiliated, lynched, deported,

enslaved, dehumanized, and traded for goods or money as the race of black complexion. Yet,

Rhodes’s secret societies have their premeditated “depopulation” of Africa underway, without

a hitch, because African leaders have been rendered unclean beforehand, and thus vulnerable

to blackmail. The depopulation [extermination] through cunningly encouraged wars and man-

made lethal diseases that are being purposely brought in, which is the cause of chaos all over

Africa and the successive disgraceful deaths of African refugees in the Mediterranean Sea, has

brought to light the extent of African leaders’ impotence.

On its own, African Union is not competent to end the present enslavement of Africans all

at once by debt and sword. The fact remains that the real enemies of world peace, whose aim

is of “gradually absorbing the wealth of the world,” have managed to obtain a bigger say within

African Union, inasmuch as Western European entities have become the contributors of up to

60 percent of African Union’s annual budget. The fact that African Union depends on Western

European institutions to such a measure cannot help giving rise to understandable suspicions,

when we venture to remember that “Western Europe’s very existence depends on the natural

wealth and resources of Africa.” The total budget of the African Union for 2016, for example,

amounted to US$416,867,326. Sixty percent of which, i.e. US$247,033,986 approximately, was

secured from “International Partners.”22 This is the topmost illustration of the extent to which

our African leaders are humiliated, disgraced, lowered, and ridiculed by their so-called donors,

as, from its former African colonies alone, France steals ca. US$440,000,000,000 each year by

means of the Colonial Pact inherited from the “blameless (?)” General de Gaulle. If we are to

believe the author of Le Franc CFA et l’Euro contre l’Afrique, the European Union endorsed the

whole content of the Colonial Pact as it stands.

Private Initiative to Stop African Refugee Crisis

The ever memorable Dr. Kwame Nkrumah made on one occasion the following pertinent

remark, we quote: “The essence of neo-colonialism is that the state which is subject to it is, in

theory, independent and has all the outward trappings of international sovereignty. In reality,

its economic system and thus its political policy is directed from outside.”

Having realized that most, if not all, African leaders are totally subject to neocolonialism,

and therefore incapable to take matters into their own hands, as far as African refugee crisis is

concerned; that the forced displacement of masses of people all over Africa, and the resulting

deaths of refugees in the Mediterranean Sea are premeditated; and that Western countries in

which African refugees are being humiliated the most, are the same ones that take the greatest

advantage of the raiding of African natural wealth and resources; a number of young African

men and women have formulated a set of private initiatives aimed at bringing to a halt African

refugee crisis. Since said private initiatives are continent-wide, their originators are in need of

three main elements: financiers, co-operators, and better-quality environment. These African

young men and women hope to obtain the private financiers and co-workers they need from

China, Russia, and the “Bandung” nations. As for the improved environment desirable for the

private investors and co-operators concerned, they think the governments of China, Russia,

and the “Bandung” nations should be requested to deploy a momentous part of their troops

throughout the continent. As it is the survival of the so-called “accursed” black race and the

political stability of the revolutionary “Bandung” nations that are at stake, it is to be hoped that

China and Russia and the “Bandung” nations will eagerly step in to champion global progress

in Africa, and thus play a key part in the establishment of a more just and realistic international

political and economic order.

you side by side in Africa, from the bottom of our heart we thank you for being innately prone

to take care of the Creation, which you believe Black people are integral part of.

Cabinda Museum of the Black Holocaust

The trans-Atlantic slave trade in black Africans, which was occasioned by the explicit or implicit endorsement

within Christendom of the so-called “Curse of Ham” enshrined in the sixth century CE European version of

the Babylonian Talmud, ended up disgracing the Judeo-Christian-Moorish civilization.

Owing to the racial bias articulated in the Babylonian Talmud, “The Right Honorable (?)” Cecil John Rhodes

slaughtered at least 50,000,000 Africans to arrogate their diamonds; at least 10,000,000 African men and

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, forced labor in Coltan mining involves children aged from 4 to 13

years old. Children fall prey to Western unscrupulous business groups after their parents, older brothers and

sisters are raped and murdered beneath their eyes. Thousands of them are mostly taken into camps to be

groomed as private warring militias owned by the very same Western firms. Children work both above and

underground (700 to 800 meters deep). In the tunnels and mineshafts, they die of explosions, rock falls, and

tunnel collapse. They also die of poisoning as they breathe air filled with dust and toxic gases. Coltan, known

as highly toxic, is also blamed for birth defects in the areas where it is mined. Hundreds get killed every single

day while digging for this highly dangerous ore (mineral) used in mobiles, laptops, and games consoles. This

valuable ore is sold for £300 a kilo but the young slaves risking death to mine it get just £1.50 a month.

In the Name of “The Queen of the World” [Cabinda Ecclesia]; of all Blacks in the past who have played a key

role in the service of Russia; and of all Blacks in distant past who laid the foundations for the Great China; we

supplicate China and Russia and the “Bandung” nations to come to Cabinda, to Africa, and, with each helpful

natural resource we have, help us eventually triumph over the stubborn racial obstacles.
