Lucent BTS : MODCELL 4.0,4B & 9916 Installation & commissioning of BTS, VSWR measurement, , Site integration, E1 Through

& Alarm testing. To give stable clear for down sites, restore/remove cards, Checking visibility. Co-ordination with MSC Engineer, NNOC Team, OMCR , Site Engineer, & RF Engineer for

better Performance. Maintaining documentation & implementing the procedures. Conduct periodic maintenance & audits as per preventive maintenance & VSWR check. Provide online support and solution to the intra circle field engineers for trouble

shooting of occurring faults. Defining and checking External alarms and removing them from back hand as many as

possible. Trouble shooting different problems in mod cell. Responsible for maximum uptime of the network with best efficiency. MSC login to monitor hardware alarms as well as software issues. E1 modes loop testing ,check E1 errors and send Reports to SME. Check E1 errors and send Reports to SME. EMF survey.

Huawei BTS 3012,3900 GSM & BSC 6000 O&M Commissioning and Integration of Huawei BTS sites. Site configuration ,Cell configuration ,TRX Addition in Huawei BSC Running TRX test to diagnose related faults like call drop or congestion. Diagnosing, fault finding and troubleshooting the BTS. To carry out preventive maintenance as well as rectification of network related

problems. Measurement of VSWR & Return losses of RF cable by using Anritsu Site master. Monitor sites through M2000 and web based application and to resolve the issue To escalate the issue to higher authority and chase the issue until it gets resolved

Spare management: Generate & closing the trouble ticket in REMEDY, OGP creation in SAP, send the RMA request to core spare management team ,and to send the card to repair at ware house and take the fallow up.
