I have over 25+ years of professional experience in the IT industry. My core skills are end to end delivery management, product development, client relationship management, financial management, contract management, people management and solutioning. I have led teams in responding to RFP, attending Orals, mobilization including due diligence and knowledge transition. Engagements I’ve lead has seen a substantial increase in team size, revenue and bottom line. I have lead large complex portfolios providing IT services globally. Professional Experience – Summary
Managing Director, Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India [2005 – 2016] Global Specialty Insurer [2014 - 2016] – Led a large complex engagement, with a team size of
700+, spanning multi geographies (North America, Europe, Asia, Australia & New Zealand) across multiple lines of business, transforming a fragmented IT service into a seamless, industrialized, future ready technology unit, driving significant client benefits. Took over this engagement as a lead at a time when one of the major development projects in the engagement had a significant effort, schedule and cost variance resulting in a major client dissatisfaction, turned it around and the engagement saw a significant growth and client satisfaction from thereon.
Large Life Insurer [2013 – 2014] – Led a large complex engagement, spanning multi geography (Hong Kong & Malaysia) and work delivered out of China, enhancing skills of team in China delivery center, implementing continuous improvement, optimizing service management, re-building client faith and relationship. An engagement wherein the client was dissatisfied with the service saw a growth of 20% in a year after I took over.
Largest P&C provider [2012 – 2013] – Led one of the largest System Integration program
developing an Integrated Customer Platform across LoBs as fire, auto, bank; significantly
enhancing customer experience. Played a key role in ensuring consistency in technical architecture and design.
Large Life Insurer [2011 – 2012] – Led a very complex US engagement with a negative margin, deteriorating client relationship, missed contractual commitments into a situation of better client relationship, minimum impact to project financials, delivery with quality, ensuring no legal implications. Played a key role in reestablishing the client faith which has resulted in further wins.
Large P&C Insurer [2009 – 2011] – Led the mobilization, delivery and transformation of a large complex US engagement, during a crisis related to the incumbent vendor in 2009; transitioned the work of more than 120 fte from incumbent vendor in a short period of 6 weeks. Played a key role in selling the firms capability, building client relationship which resulted in the team growing to a substantial size of more than 1200 people.
