Chemical Reaction Comic Strips  For  this  assignment,  you  will  come  up  with  3  different  comic  strips.  

1. Synthesis  Reaction  2. Decomposition  Reaction  3. Replacement  Reaction  

 THE  CATCH!!  You  must  NOT  use  molecules  and  instead  use  real  life  examples  of  reactions.  See  my  examples  below!    

This  is  an  example  of  a  Decomposition  comic:

 This  is  an  example  of  a  Replacement  comic:  

 C            +        Cu2O                à              4  Cu      +      O2  

 This  will  take  some  creativity  and  extra  thought,  so  plan  your  comics  out  before  you  actually  draw  them!  Drawing  should  be  ORIGINAL  (means  they  should  not  downloaded  or  copied  from  online).  Obviously,  don’t  use  the  examples  above,  and  find  your  own  chemical  reactions  (look  online).  Good  luck!      Requirement Points Student  creates  a  real  life  example  of  a  synthesis  reaction.   2  Student  creates  a  real  life  example  of  a  decomposition  reaction.   2  Student  creates  a  real  life  example  of  a  replacement  reaction.   2  Comics  are  colored  in  and  shows  real  effort  was  put  into  this  project.
