Growth rates provided by the statisticians are only sector specific and that too

an average of humps and bumps. The very little of those who are left below poverty lineare posing the great threats to the entire humanity. Hence it has become necessary to

cover everyone with zero tolerance to realize inclusive growth. Multi pronged strategy

has to be evolved to systematically change this society for attaining inclusive growth.The present world is divided into a number of groups of nations based on geographical

historical factors and each group is divided into a number of religions. Further there are a

number of divisions in each religion and this goes on with the passage of time. As theresult, peace of the planet is the casualty. Though our planet is rich in resources, majority

of its inhabitants are poor. This only indicates that something needs to be done globally.

It is only on the basis of sectarian attitude, our mankind has been evolved. Any amount ofemphasis on the need for spreading love, it hardly works even within the sector. Hence

there is a dire need for devising a system that ensures harmonious relations among all thegroups. At present, it is widely accepted that there are flaws in all the existing systems. It

will only end up in a mess if a new system is sought. It looks as though only theinventions and innovations in the integrated environment of medical and engineering

science can usher in an era of knowledge society where everyone gets his due share of

happiness and prosperity. It is necessary to have a wide ranging debate on this at theuniversal intellectual level and make a shift in our focus to mobilize our resources to have

an early breakthrough.

If it is possible to correct variations in the thinking pattern of the individual,

then it may pave the way for curtailing extremism and in turn terrorism. At present,

different groups pick up youngsters at very young age and mould their mind by chorussongs & stories. This permanently sets up their mind to die for their cause as suicidebombers, hijackers, terrorists etc. Even the strongest army of the richest nation of this

planet surrenders before them. Science has been misused for this proxy war to escalate

and science has to find some way out to correct this menace. This may be accomplishedas a byproduct when working on a different project. It is prudent to plan and achieve this

within a time frame rather than waiting for the miracle to happen at random.

It is true that in nature, survival of one depends on how far the others

convenience is encroached. However, the present day life style has changed a lot from the

early stages of evolution as far as appearance is concerned. There seems to be little

progress in the development of mind. In principle, still there is lack of consensus on thenecessity to have so many languages, so many nations and so many religions despite the

fact that it is only fair to have the resources of this planet are to be equally distributed to

all its inhabitants. Many terms like culture, heritage, ethnic values are to be redefined inthe light of the recent agitations to preserve them. The fruits of scientific developments

are shared by all groups. When an attempt is made to construct a factory for

manufacturing them, even the heads of judiciary object it, in order to protect themselvesfrom the agitators. This kind of protectionist phobias stems from the diversified roots of

different groups living in varying environment. Though science has grown to a large

extent to dispel these misgivings, still some of the vested interest continues to live in an

isolated pocket, posing danger to entire humanity. It has been found difficult over aperiod time to neutralize the effects of evil minds by noble minds. Hence only science has

to come to rescue the humanity from the dangers posed by these evil minds.

Developments that are taking place in the information technology have brought

down the world just on the palm of a child. Hence it is logical to bring down the number

of identities of an individual. By preserving the age old identities, based on region,religion, language, cast, color, culture, heritage, nation etc., only conflicts, wars and

proxy wars escalate. Unity in diversity is only a sweet and farce slogan. Only when

selfless sacrificing personality commands respect on all the group members, this slogan

works for sometimes. Then again power mongers spread their wings and try to subdividethe groups on cast or regional basis thus triggering enmity, clashes & wars. For a long

time this has been the legacy of humanity to live in pockets and suffer in the hands of

unscrupulous elements. Now that the knowledge society is fast emerging, necessary

infrastructure has got to be made available all over the world, to pick up youngster atvery young age and train them to acquire uniform global standard of skill set in the trade

best suited to them. They will have only one coded identifications globally. This willbring to an end the sectarian evolution of mankind and embark on a new age of

knowledge society.

Science is yet to develop the necessary infrastructure to erase the memory of anerring individual and reprogram it to fit into the knowledge society. Still such time, the

existing set up has to be managed with minimum deterrence. Simultaneously an agenda

can be worked out to pick up all the youngsters from all over the world with zerotolerance, put them in excellent world class institutions, train them to acquire highest

standard on all disciplines such as moral, technical etc and induct them into the society

where they can shine as the best citizens of this planet. Once such an agenda for attaininginclusive growth is meticulously planned and implemented, the evil minds that perpetuate

violence and terrorism is bound to disappear completely.

There should be unanimity at the intellectual level for this approach. Many of the

identities are forced on the society by the invaders to exploit the innocent groups with the

cunning policy of divide and rule. The sentiments and sanctities attached to these ids

are only the traps laid by the wicked. Even if few of them are based on genuine desire toprotect some local groups, in the larger interest of the peace in this planet, such local ids

are to be given a warm send off. Our mind and feelings are to be fine tuned to make some

sacrifices of the old memories, faiths, slogans, sentiments etc, instead of being hurtwhenever attempts are made to reform and transform the society for better living. It is

only by enlightening on these facts, we can find a viable solution to the problems facing

us. Attempting to preserve all the old sentiments and trying to secure peace & stability bymere sermons & slogans have only increased the chances of self destruction of this

planet. Hence the realistic and pragmatic approach for genuinely solving problems facing

this planet would be to immediately surrender our responsibility of bringing up the

children to a separate global network. Enough we have endangered this planet with so

many bonded relations such as father, mother, brother, sister etc. Let us live as friends

and secure peace in this planet.

Please bear in mind that once ones mind is polluted with foul motives at the

very young age, it lives with him till his death. Hence if you miss the chance to implant

the globally accepted moral code of conduct at the boyhood, then you are bound to landin making loud cry of mere threatening & warning. The starvation deaths in Somalia have

gone unnoticed by the world community few decades ago. Now the international traders

are paying big ransom amount to sea pirates of Somalia. Gone are the days when peopleused to live with the handful of such unruly elements. Now they are equipped with

sophisticated weapons and controlled & guided by their leaders via satellite phones.

Hence the piece meal patch work to counter this global network of terrorism and

extremism continues to yield only poor results. It is only by addressing route causes ofthis menace a way out can be found to arrest the occurrence of such sporadic incidence.
