factories after evaluation. All these specialized factories for WOVENS,KNITS & OUTERWEAR employ more than 5,000 employees working on over
3,000 machines of various descriptions.

Calzini Fashions Ltd. was the proud Award Winner at the SME BusinessExcellence Awards 2014 in the SME Segment for excellence in the Textiles &Garments Sector.
The “SME Business Excellence Awards 2014” was launched by D&B, Federal Bank and NISC to recognizeIndia’s leading SMEs. The awards programme was conceptualized under the theme “It’s Time to let theWorld Know”. The awards event was held at a grand ceremony on Monday, 24th November in New Delhi,and was sponsored by the Times Group.

Quality AssuranceQuality Assurance Sourcing of Raw Materials
Yarns are purchased only from reputed spinning mills or their authorized agents. Checking Knitting Parameters
Machine operators check the size at the start of each SKU by putting it onto a frame of therequired size. Machine operators are required to turn every single sock inside out and, whiledoing this, check the knitting quality of each sock.
Toe LinkingAll socks are linked using doubled nylon filament yarn on Rosso or Hand Linking system.
100% CheckingAll socks are manually checked after knitting and linking for knitting and linking defects.
Quality checking during Pressing (Boarding)The socks are boarded - In the course of such boarding, the socks are stretched out on aboarding frame. Pressing operators check each sock for minor defects that may haveescaped checking at the earlier stages. Pressing operators check the foot size of each sock, asthe boarding frames are made to specific foot size.
Quality checking during PackingThe socks are packed by hand; therefore final checking of each sock is done at the time ofpacking.
GuaranteeWe guarantee the socks manufactured by us to be free from any manufacturing defectsFree replacement of socks shall be made for any sock with a manufacturing defect.
