Marc Borrelli, CFAManaging Director
For the last 25+ years Marc has represented a broad range of companies working to achieve their strategic goals via mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, alliances and disposals. His industry experience includes lodging, information systems, software, business services and manufacturing. His career has included both working in Corporate Development for a Fortune 500 company, with a London Merchant Bank and with a number of US boutique investment banks. Marc has represented both US and foreign based companies in the US and overseas in their search for attractive acquisitions or the disposal of divisions.
