He has executed a number of complex cross-border equity/debt structured investments and financing transactions in the UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa and Hong Kong jurisdictions while working at HSBC New York office. He is currently advising clients in emerging markets for cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions in renewable energy, power and media sectors. Following the completion of his MBA at the University of Oxford, Allan has worked in private equity at Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund, focusing on European transportation and energy companies. In this capacity he has been involved in merger & acquisition and debt refinancing for €10-billion. As a senior asset manager for infrastructure companies, Allan has been part of turnaround of businesses, spin off and buyout. He started his career as buy side equity research analyst and portfolio manager for the wealth management arm of Toronto Dominion Bank, Canada

He is an experienced chartered accountant with excellent global experience in corporate finance advisory. Mr Ghani has executed a number of buy side private equity transactions focused on commodities and manufacturing in Eastern Europe and South-East Asia. He also has experience in mid market listings on the London Stock Exchange for mostly commodity companies located in South America and the Middle East. Global Banking School offers all three levels full-time CFA Exam Preparation courses. Our classes are highly interactive, with extensive question practice and discussion, so that students benefit as much as possible from the course. There are tests and exercises every day to monitor your progress.

Global Banking School provides invigilated Mock exams to allow you to have a trial run and get used to the CFA exam timings as well as highlight any gaps in your knowledge. We will mark and grade these papers, with a full review afterwards.

Our International Student support service that assist students with regards to arrangements for visa application. To enrol on the full-time course you will need to provide:

Upon completion of all UKBA requirements a CAS number will be issued in support of your Tier 4 visa application.
