CopperTop Tavern Century Room Thank you for your interest in our catering services. Our Century Room menu has been designed using the most popular and requested dishes in our restaurant, however every event is customizable. We aim to coordinate every occasion with the respect and an attention to detail that your memorable event deserves. Whether a business lunch, dinner meeting or holiday celebration, if you envision it we will create and execute it.

Century Room Features• Function space that can accommodate up to 45 people.• Beautifully decorated room in a Tuscan theme with a cozy fireplace. • Attentive staff and excellent service.• Several service styles:

- Customizable buffet menu or stress-free buffet packages. - Seated, full-service.

• Audio and visual support: - 65” HDTV - WiFi and Ethernet port

• Full-service bar

Room Rental and Fees The final guaranteed number of guests is due five business days prior to the start of your event. Should the final guarantee not be received five business days prior to the above function, the agreed number of guests will be charged unless a greater number attend. The following will be added to your bill: 5% of the cost of food and beverage, to be retained by the restaurant as an administrative fee. All costs and fees are subject to 8% NY state sales tax.

Deposits• Deposits are required and are due at time of booking.• Deposit will be 20% of the proposed bill.• Deposits will be applied to final bill.

PaymentWe accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Cancellations• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to event.• Cancellations 30 days prior to event will receive a refund of the deposit. • Cancellations in less than 30 days of the event will not receive a refund of

the deposit.

ParkingOff-street parking is available in the CopperTop Tavern parking lot.
