Celebrity Golfers Raise Money For Camp Kesem

For the 3rd Annual Camp Kesem “Fore” the Children Golf Tournament. Each summer, the Camp Kesem organization hosts week-long camps at 38 colleges across the nation for children with a parent who has or has had cancer. While activities are centered around fun, campers also learn they are not alone in coping with the effects of the disease and make friends with whom they can identify.

Proceeds from the golf tournament, which was sponsored by Verizon, went toward keeping this special camp free for attendees. Greg Ellis, Stephen Bishop, Jacob Zachar, Bobby Jackson, Royce Clayton, Justin Baldoni, Zack Conroy, Zack Lively, Remington Avent and Drew Plummer were among the celebrity golfers who participated in the event held at the Mountain Gate Country Club in Los Angeles.

Camp Kesem has been making a difference in the lives of children affected by cancer since 2001.
