CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation charge will apply and rates are as follows:• Between 4 – 7 days before event: 25% of the package rate• 3 days prior to event: 50% of the package rate• 1 -2 days prior to the event: full package rate

For accommodation, a cancellation charge will apply and rates are as follows:• Between 15 – 21 days before arrival: 50% of accommodation charges• 14 days and less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of accommodation charges• During peak travel season (kindly enquire for dates), cancellations 90 days

or less before arrival will incur a 100% charge
