Allegations

On July 30, 2013, Laster approached two males and asked for a ride to another location.

After Laster got into their vehicle, he brandished a handgun and forced the driver to two separate ATMs where cash was withdrawn.

Laster then compelled the driver to a last location where he fled on foot with the victims’ cell phones and money.

Description

Laster has a criminal history that includes drug and traffic charges as well as domestic assault.

Laster is 21 years old, approximately 5’10” tall and about 168 lbs.

He has tattoos on his upper right and left arms as well as his upper back. Both ears are pierced.
