CCDA All-State Honor Choir Scholarship

Resounding Achord Productions is pleased to be able to offer scholarships for the February 2018 CCDA All-State Honor Choir to 10 deserving high school singers. The scholarship covers the $210 All-State Honor Choir participation fee.

Scholarship Eligibility

To be eligible, the high-school student must:• Apply and gain entrance into the California All-State Honor Choir• Be in need of financial aid to attend• Be recommended by their choral or voice teacher• Agree to allow Resounding Achord Productions to take pictures of the singer (as part of a group)

and display those pictures on the web as well as other marketing collateral• Agree to allow Resounding Achord Productions to use statements made by the singer or teacher

on the web or in other marketing material without use of the student’s full name• Submit a completed application by Wednesday, December 6, 2017.

Application Procedure

1. Applying student fills out “Student Applicant Information” section of the application form.2. Student writes a short personal statement.3. Student gives form and personal statement to their recommending choir or voice teacher.4. Recommending teacher fills out “Teacher Information” section of form.5. Teacher sends both the application form and the student’s personal statement to Resounding

Achord by e-mail.

Applications must be received by December 6, 2017.

We will notify all applicants concerning whether they have been granted the scholarship by Decem-ber 7 in time for the payment deadline on December 8.

Resounding Achord will send the scholarship funds directly to CCDA, so do not send in the participation fee to honor choir until you hear whether you have been granted the scholarship.
