-CRS® is the only system which permits candidates to present their application directly to the client, thanks to the filming of the technical section of the interview. In this way, the assessment of technical qualifications does not depend on the consultant assigned to the job. Instead it is the real expert, our client, who uses this tool to validate the candidate.

- This system avoids the frequent subjectivity of consultants in making assessments in fields which they are unfamiliar with, and makes the best use of their value added in the executive search strategy and the evaluation of personal skills and job experience.

-The CRS® system provides the most objective tool for assessing short-listed candidates: the filmed technical interview. Furthermore, the final multi-media report, which includes the filmed extract, allows various assessors to evaluate the executives on the basis of the same objective information, as well as allowing a choice of time and place for doing so, by the very nature of the digital support.
